What made you make the change? All I drink is diet. But I HAVE to have my caffiene

I'm on a mission to get healthy.
Drinking only pepsi and monster = not healthy.
Plus, I'm trying to pack on some pounds. Naturally, i have an oddly high metabolism, so right from the start, its harder for me to put on weight. After speaking with my doctor, I realized that the amount of pop and energy drinks I was consuming was basically super charging my metabolism, making its pretty much impossible for any weight gain.
So, step 1, kill the caffeine and energy drinks
step 2, kill the smoking
step 3, get back into shape

I went to soda 24/7 to water only.
Dasani only, actually.
But I allow myself to have soda one day out of the week so I'm fine =D
...... gonk i'm so tired......
