Ukaia came inside. She had a large bag with her today that she was carrying very carfully as she headed for the bar. She hung it up. Youcoudl see now it was a clothing bag, but you coudln't see itno it

River jumped and stood quickly her hands glued into one another, " G-good afternoon may I get you anything?" She was a bit more then tired at this point, the room turning brighter. The eurge to sheild her eyes was withheld in all attempts to occupy herself with a small simple task.

Ukaia blinked started and then smiled
"Hi River" she said to her with a little laugh
"I'm fine.. want me to get you anything?" she asked

Tomo was at the bar wearing a lolita style dress, only in a baby blue. His head was on the bar and beside him was an empty glass and a half empty bottle of scotch. He seemed unresponsive to the other people around him.

Mumbling to herself at first not paying much attention she went on in a silent ramble," Self loathing leeks respect for the darkness, darkness which passes light off , pass off.." Blinking a hand went to her throbbing chest for a moment her eyes landing on Tomo in a confused manner," He needs, water you need..something, Ukaia-san, what may I get you?" Walking slowly around the stool she sat on she got a glass and started filling it, welcoming the eerie feeling."What's wrong? with him.."

Ukaia blinked looking at tomo. And his.. dress. she walked over to him and then tilted her head
'Onii san?" she asked as she moved to move away the bottle of scotch. Had he drunkt hat much of it.. or had he jsut gotten an open bottle?
He was in a dres.. she was pretty sure he'd drunkt hat much

Lifting the glass she watched them both closely, wondering what had happened to the Cat man she seemingly looked up to." Is he, alright.." River repeated again raising the glass to her lips and sipping the water. Clearly confused as to why she hadn't noticed him there before, was she that lost? Rolling her eyes at herself she blinked three time to clear her vision then once more to make sure she was seeing the blue dress.

Tomo hiccuped and covered his head with his hands "No one caaame!" he sobbed into the woodgrain. "She never came! I sat in a lifeless bar since five thirty and not even the god damned cat came! Not even to eat my French onion dip!"

Uakai jumped slightly then blinked and pet tomo a bit
"We're here now?" she said to him uncerintally. Ukaai looked at river and shruged as if to say i have no idea why he's drinking or what the hell he's talking about

"..Oh, dear.." She murmured sitting on her stool, hunching over to watch. " So close and I didn't even see the guy.." She mumbled to herself felling the diming sensation again." ..Here is a glass of..water if he'll need it." River spoke softly setting it on the bar and sliding it across with a soft nudge.

" Wonder why he's so sad." She sat upright rubbing her eyes with the back of her hand, trying not to be to loud when she moved to spoke as not to aggrivate Tomo in any way. Having too much experience with emotional drinkers, though she was sure she didn't have to kill this one." How are you Ukaia.." She said to make light small talk, scooting the stool closer to the dress-wearing cat man.

Tomo ignored both glasses and continued, "I tried to tell as many people about the dance as I could... And things have been slowing down, but... But... I was stood up!" He wailed into the bartop.
