Edith's grin fades as she sees Tokeru take her bullets for Rogue, for a brief moment, she felt betrayed and hurt, but once she heard his words, she had a better understanding. However, she didn't see why Tokeru couldn't have let the bullets hit the vampiress to see if they'd blow her to bits or not. As soon as Tokeru had arrived, her entire demenor had completely altered, she was no longer insane, she was rational again.
Now that she was rational again, that allowed Edith to think and if Meredith knew one thing, she knew that she didn't trust Tokeru standing between Rogue and her. She hadn't wanted someone to follow her, she hadn't wanted anyone to interfere and she hadn't wanted Tokeru to see her like this. That'd been the very reason she'd left without explanation, the very reason she was out here right now. Once again, she wasn't going to get to kill anything, take her anger out on anything ...
How likely Rogue was going to take orders from Tokeru, Edith didn't know, but she could guess. And Eden guessed that Rogue wouldn't like being bossed around by Tokeru or requested to leave the area when Edith had caused the disturbance.
'Talk to me? About what?'
Edith wasn't sure if she should be scared by what Tokeru wanted to tell her or excited so she was both. Well, more anxious than excited, but close enough for her.

Tokeru kept facing Rogue, not looking away, prepared for anything, scythe held crosswise across his body, held in both hands.
His chest hurt slightly whenever he breathed, the bullets hadn't been completly stopped and some were just poking him in the chest, not enough to cause a major disturbance though.
It's about the child, and the wedding. I'd prefer if we could take about it in private, and not in the middle of the roof where a vampiress is.

When Tokeru said child, Edith's eyes widened in absolute horror. She'd been stabbed in her stomach ... Rogue had stabbed her in her stomach ... Edith was panicking, panicking inwardly, with-holding what she felt like doing. She felt like screaming, like crying, like just spazzing and running until she collapsed. Her baby, she had to make sure that her baby was alright.
She was literally hysterical, but she just stood there, shocked, frozen to the spot, picking at the bleeding wound that Rogue had given her. Edith didn't even know that she was picking at her wound. Even if she had, she was probably too shocked and wouldn't realize that she was just making it worse as opposed to making it better.
'T-Tokeru ... I think ... I'm not sure ... Rogue ... I KILLED IT!'

While Shoryn was walking he heard a slight echo from above and then he sensed the evil once again. A vampire is near, on the rooftops i most go. While he was whispering that to himself he pulled out his crossbow and tied a rope to one bolt then fired it up the wall, it impacted near the top of the building. He made sure it was safe to climb then climbed up. As he reached the top his evil detection was pulling him more strongly than ever. He then jumped rooftop to rooftop. He stayed out of sight to make sure no one knows he is there. I can't take on vampires, I'm only equipped with items for hunting lycans I guess i can only assist at the moment but I'll only help when i see that it becomes out of their control. He thought to himself.

"Hmmm?" Kashkin had been wandering the city, not straying too far from haven. Everyone was in such a bad mood, and it wasn't having such a positive effect on his mood. To further explain why, Kashkin is a very outgoing person. He usually tries to cheer others up, and knows just how to do it... most of the time.
As he continued his wandering, he descided that walking among other people wasn't safe anymore. Vampires walking in daylight... meant that they could be anyone. To be safe, he had to get into the mindset that all of them were vampires out to get him. So, he went into an apartment complex and got on the roof. He stretched, greeted by a small wind that ran over his body. He smiled, his face relaxed. His sword shifted, and his new cartridges with hollow tips filled with liquid nitrogen were feeling rather light on him.
As he scanned the area, his eyes fell upon the people below, normal humans going on with their every day lives. They were completely oblivious to the supernatural, the wars going on right around them. How blessed they were.
He turned his head to look to the left and right, glancing at the rooftops on either side of him. Roof hopping? Why do such a thing? Hmph. He could do it. Who would stop him? Kashkin liked roof jumping.....
Kashkin walked foward, standing right on the edge of the roof, the streets below him.
He thought.
"So, God. It looks like the vampires found the loophole in the contract they signed, doesn't it?" Kashkin said, a strange grin on his face. The irony in it all, God damning them to the abyss of night, never to see the sun again. And yet here they walked, during the day, like any other person who had blood flowing in them.
It was sickening.
"Time to get to work."
Kashkin drew a throwing knife from his belt, grasping it gently in his hand. He quickly flipped it around his fingers, catching it again and cutting his palm open. Blood flowed out of it, yet Kaskin didn't flinch. He put the knife near his teeth, holding it with his teeth as he massaged his open palm.
Once it was bleeding pretty well, he lifted up the back of his shirt. With a quick flick of the wrist and a rub, he managed to get most of his back covered in blood. Letting his shirt fall back down, covering it from view, he pulled back his sleeve and raised his arm, arcing his hand upwards. He waited a good minute or two, letting the blood drip down his arm, having to cut his arm in another spot too due to his body naturally clotting the wound.
He didn't bother wrapping the cuts, letting blood drip of his hand.
Vampires needed blood to live, and they also loved the taste of it. The smell of it drove them crazy, provoking their hunger and instinct.
What Kashkin just did would get any vampires attention in the area. Lots of blood, and wide open target. What damnable bloodsucker wouldn't want a free meal?
Heh....... Only difference was, Kashkin was waiting for just that. An encounter with a vampire. He wanted to chat and kill, his trigger finger twitching instinctively......
He would soon walk the city, if nothing showed up. Maybe he could lure a bunch of them away to somewhere.

Scott was on a rooftop when he saw the flashes. He saw the blue streaks end on a man wearing armor. He was off at a bolt and arrived surprisingly fast. He recognized one of the vampires as the elder daywalker. There was anothe vamp standing across from her holding a gun. Between them was a man earing archaic armor and wielding a scythe. Scott wasn't sure what it was though. maybe some kind of fallen angel. But what was he doing Protecting the elder? Had he fallen that much? Scott drew his sword in confusion and quicly blessed the blade. "What's going on here?"He asked with all of the atourity he could muster. An impressive amount, considering he was possibly the least powerful being on the roof. But then again, what's the worst they could do, kill him?

((AT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TIME IN BROAD DAYLIGHT...))
The sun peeked over the the skyscraping tops of the steel and glass structures that towered over the small streets. The golden light quickly spread over the city, awakening the mortals as it passed. It seemed it was going to be a beautiful day.
Her figure was huddle in the corner of the darkest alleyway she could find. She hugged her knees to her chest as tight as she could to prevent herself from harming anything that wandered the streets. Alexz had been in that alleyway for quite a while without food, well....drink, and it was beginning to become overwhelming.
"No blood. No blood. No blood." she repeated in her mind, a jingle that had become familiar and almost nonexistant to her ears by now.
Bursts of extreme hunger pains caused her to slam herself into the wall behind her. Alexz was sunning on a thin line and she could already feel herself dipping into living on instinct rather than rationality.
She was getting weaker, paler, and thinner. Her bones protruded from her skin, which to her luck wasn't all that noticable beneath her heavy jacket. Opening her eyes to see if she truly had felt the warm rays of the ball of fire that loomed over head a shooting pain ran through her body. Her irises had become a pure black and she had dark circles beneath and above her eyes. She was unrecognizable.
Feeling another hunger pain Alexz scratched at her skin, adding more deep red streaks to her arms and legs. Tears streamed down her cheeks, it was too much.
"Control yourself, Alexz." she told herself.
Her body didn't want to obey. Her frail figure began to shake as pulse of adrenaline brought on by her instinctive nature pulsed through her body. She had lost it.
Her body was a blur as it tore through the city, leaving trails of mortals behind it. One body after another she drained, taking in their unwanted memories in, but she wouldn't be able to process them now. The streets were littered with bodies, all pale and drained, and even those didn't fully satisfy her.
Escaping to the rooftop of a building to keep out of site Alexz fell to her knees. The lives of every mortal she had slaughtered rushed into her thoughts. She had become a monster. Letting out a scream of anger at herself she ran to the edge of the roof and jumped off, whizzing through the air to the only place she felt she could be slightly safe.

The Vampire finally made it out of the residential area. She glanced around, not seeing much but a few cars and people here and there. It'd been a while since she'd taken one of these lonely strolls through the city. As she walked, a convenience store came into view. Why did a joint sound good right then? As confused as she was lustful, Fate wandered in aimlessly. When she reached the counter, the merchant glanced at her. The girl was young, no more than eighteen, with black hair and purple streaks, black lipstick, and a nose and lip ring. Her thickly lined eyes examined Fate. "Marlboro's, please - One pack." Is that what they're called? The girl pushed a red and white pack towards Fate's fingers and muttered, "Six fifty. Anything else?" Fate shook her head and payed with seven. She walked back onto the street and ripped the carton open. Once a cig was in her red lips, she focused and lit it. After stuffing the pack into her coat pocket, she began strolling again, veering closer to the center of town.

Emerald soon caught up with the woman and had been debating on whether to talk to her or not. Though her lifestyle made her unsociable and a bit cold, the recent events had changed her a little bit and made her into the person she was before she was turned, a kind social butterfly. She soon fell instep with the other vampire. She pulled out a cigarette and looked at the woman. "Do you have a light?"

Lindzi roamed the city, having now pulled her long aburn hair into a messy bun. She thought back to the women at the cemetry, but she shurgged. She seemed like she could take care of herself. Her hazel eyes scanned the city, and she found herself heading downtown. Lindzi could often let herself drift, giving into impulses and just roaming the city, during these little trips she usually people watched, one of her favorite hobbies. Pulling a slim purple iPod from her pocket, Lindzi was soon humming lightly, a lazy smile on her face. The vampire made sure she was always active, the more avtivity she did, the less time she would have to remember her past. Ahead of her, she noticed two women smoking. She had never liked smoking herself, and let herself fall back a few more paces, not wanting to smell the smoke.

The hours were beginning to get to her, causing a yawn to force her jaw apart. The city was to busy for her to worry with someone deliberately staring into her mouth, though she did as she always has, covered her exposed mouth with her left hand.
Continuing on her way, her music was beginning to drown out, or at least blind in with everything else, she couldn't tell, she wasn't paying it much attention.
Choosing that sleep would suit her well, she kept on the path she was on, heading back to the hotel she was staying at.
It wouldn't be to odd, being as she hasn't been there in a day or so, that she went on to bed once getting there. Even though the day was beautiful, the sun was to bright for her eyes, it caused her head to ache worse than when ridding herself of human blood.
A stench filled her senses, immediately placed as humans blood. Crossing her arms over her chest, as if warming her hands against her body, she gave a slight look of disgust, yet let it vanish before it was seen.

*Rogue let out a roar that resembled something like a lion or bear and leveled a gaze at Tokeru.
"If you want her to live, keep her away from me. She's a traitor to the race." *She spat the words and in an instant, Rogue turned and leapt up a building then onto another, then another into the night.*

Kashkin sighed, checking his stained red watch which lay hidden in his pocket. He had waited a good five minutes, and the rush of blood sucking demons didn't come.
Did they actually get smarter? Did they actually pose a threat now? Well, that was a stupid question. They've always posed a threat, to him, hunters, and everyone else around them.
He cracked his neck, moving it from side to side, and stretched out his arm a bit. It hurt, but not too bad. The bleeding had slowed down a great deal, but blood was still dripping from his red hands. He groaned, making his way down the stairs of the apartment complex he was on. So, the vampires wouldn't come, eh? Well, he may as well provoke them right in the middle of public. Let's see them take that kind of taunt and leave him alone then.
--------
"Someone call a doctor!"
People close enough to see the details looked on at Kashkin. His shirt was wet with red liquid. It was the same with his hands, both stained and dripping the life essence which ran through his body. As onlookers were unsure of what to say or do, they all did come to one conclusion. This man was out of his mind.
Insanity. A line as thin as a strand of hair separated it from the rest of every day people. After all, the mind was such a fragile thing. With the proper ingrediants, even the strongest ones could be shattered like a wrecking ball hitting a window.
In this case, not many people did notice what was going on. Those that did didn't know what to do. Stop him? Let him go? It was almost assured that he would be stopped, but something kept the people back. Perhaps it was the sadistic smile that was set upon his face. Or, perhaps, it was just something that the people of N.Y. just let go. His eyes did, however, meet a few people's. When his eyes fell upon someone, it felt almost as if he were staring directly into the depths of their souls (if they had any). Yet, everyone he passed, weather worried, concerned, or frightened, seemed to have a strange calm about them. Whatever the cause, they were sure to simply talk about it at their jobs or family and then forget about it the next day.....
As the crowd thinned, Kashkin made his way through towards his first destination. The Park.
He kept stolling, walking as if everything was right as rain. His sadistic smile was replaced by a normal one, and he reached into his sweatshirt pocket, taking out a few bandages. This was not the first time he had let his own blood willingly flow out of him. It was a very, very smart and rarely used tactic by hunters with nothing to lose. This was common knowledge.
Apparently, it worked, for two people he had noticed were following him. He kept walking, his pace set like a beat in his mind. Soon, once he was far enough into the park, he would let the party begin.....

Lindzi had long sence gotten bored, and had entered a dangerous phase where she was beginning to think about her past. The young vampire shook her head, and looked up, noticing that she was heading into the park. Then, the smell hit her, Lindzi had always been strong in controling her cravings, but this time, she was drawn into it.

Fate slowed to a halt when she heard someone, a woman, speaking to her. Turning slightly, she quirked a brow, pulling the cig from her own lips and blowing a ring of smoke away. "A loaded question, that depends." She bore her fangs slightly. "Do you have these?" In the midst of the circumstances, she couldn't just light this woman's smoke without a lighter.. especially without knowing she wasn't mortal. Something about this woman, however, seemed familiar to Fate. It was an uncomfortable fimiliarity at that.
