Meh, computer troubles have been keeping me away from gaia. Also whenever I can get on here I usually don't feel like talking because of the way the site is messing up...
...Oh and I'm also going to England tomorrow.

Ah, no fun. And i know what you mean about not wanting to brave the errors - I probably wouldn't have been on during the errors save that most of my friends I can talk to online are on vacation.
Ah, England! Fun. I want to go. ::sigh::

Aaaw, I hope you don't get too lonely...
Yes, England. I'm staying there for 3 weeks to generally hang out with my friends, so I doubt if I'll get to spend much/any time on here.

I'm always lonely ::sighs and poses dramatically:: Woe is me.
Ah, that's good, except for the not getting on part. Have fun! Which place do you like better, France or England?

Hmm, that's a difficult one... In France I get to be extremely lazy and antisocial but I still feel more at home in England despite all the time that I've spent here in France. I guess England would be better for me if I actually decided I want to do something with me life. This region of France is just too isolated to do that much. I guess that's one reason that I like it here though. Complicated...

Yes but in France, if anyone tries to have a go at me for it, I have the excuse of not knowing the language particularly well.
And so sets in long term laziness and hermit like behaviour.

Ah, good excuse. I should pretend to not know the language. Except that not knowing the language seems to have stopped few people from getting jobs here. Which is good for them, but taxes my social skills. (I nod and smile.)

::nods and smiles:: I finally read the latest Pratchett, A Hat Full of Sky the other week. Have you read it, or The Wee Free Men?

No, I haven't read either. I've been putting all my money towards this visit lately. =\ A couple of my friends in England are big Pratchett fans though. They have a load of books that I haven't read so I'm sure I'll be doing a fair amount of reading while I'm there too (that seems so geeky now that I look at it in words..).

Geeky? How geeky? I'm going to a science fiction convention in a few months, that's geeky. Reading is not. And I need to go to the library.

Geeky because I haven't seen my friends for 6 months and when I finally get to spend 3 weeks with them I've decided I'm going to spend a fair amount of time reading. That doesn't seem geeky to you? I don't consider the general act of reading to be particularly geeky...
