Batsu tried his best to mimic a cute dog, but for some reason the boy was off by a long shot. The ears were perky, the fur was black and his snout was kinda smushed in a bit. The boy messed up and when he returned to normal, he knew it. The boy felt really bad about it and sighed.

However, he went for another shot... hopefully one with better results.

The clone saw the same cute dog and went to pet the beast. The dog's fur was amazingly soft ant silky. After having his fill for a few minutes, he went back and gave Batsu enough room to return back to normal.

Batsu took the time and returned back to normal. Batsu smiled as he looked at the clone and made a few handseals, but was distracted by a small cough tat was forming in his throat. The man poofed into a deformed cat.

Batsu's clone looked at the hideous creation and screamed. " What the hell is that?! It's ugly!"

Batsu snapped back to himself and sighed. "Yeah, I coughed and it messed me up. But anyways, guess who I am. Batsu concentrated and stared into the distance at Akemi. Now it was time to mock him... with a few minor adjustments of course.

When the smoke cleared, Batsu appeared as Akemi... with a putrid fish smell, crossed eyes and insanely disformed teeth. "Duhhh... blah blah meatsack. Durrr..." Batsu scratched his head and snapped back to himself.

The clone just bursted into a roar of laughter. The boy had mimiced Akemi in a comical way and he got it. The clone doubled over in laughter right up until the time Batsu called the clone off. After the boy had his fun and mocked Fishboy, he walked over to the nearest tree and sat under the shade to regain energy.

Shinzu spun rapidly around once again, just mere moments after his last attack. However he missed this time, though he'd swear for many years to come that he had at least felt the end of his shoe hit the dummy. Regardless he went back to his starting position and prepped himself to launch another arttack.

As soon as he felt he was ready he launched yet another attack upon the dummy and lo and behold this one hit dead on. A form actually went across Shinzu's face as he hi thte dummy so far his record was up to four out of six hits which was much better then stage one.

The grinned stayed on his face as he performed the next move. The grin subsequently got bigger as he hit again for a total ratio of five to seven. So far he'd been doing ok today, he almost had this jutsu mastered and without too much fuss. At least not with as much fuss as it took to learn to use the Fuma.

As it had before Shinzu's grin stayed on his face as he launched yet another perfectly, flawless attack on the dummy. Naturally his grin grew wider. "Well I believe that's a six to eight ratio." He said aloud, though to no one inparticular.

Batsu grew absolutely restless. The boy hated to sit around doing nothing all day and resting was not helping him get any stronger. However, he couldn't do any jutsus training since he was still feeling the effects of the last training he did. Granted, he was successful in learning a jutsu and being able to graduate from the academy, but he knew his limit and he was nearing it. So he figured that he'd go train some more with kunai and shuriken. He saw a box filled with the two weapons and he grabbed a lot of each. This time, he was gonna haul a** to become more proficient in the two. After all, he knew he had to put in effort in order to get something out of it.

(5) So Batsu grabbed what he could, walked over to the target area and picked the same target that he picked before. Then the boy grabbed three shuriken and just started launching. The boy desperately wanted to become a better ranged fighter and this was the best way to go about it.

( cool Batsu made a decent throw last time and was somewhat okay with his last throw, eve though it could have been better. "Well, at least I hit the target. Don't wanna give Fishboy any ammo to use against me."

(14) Batsu stared hard at the target in order for him to concentrate and make a better throw. He desperately wanted to become a good sniper-typre ninja and until he was comfortable with himself as far as throwing kunai and shuriken, he wasn't happy.

(19) Batsu looked down at the target and noticed one thing, out of the three shuriken he threw not one was a bullseye. This worried Batsu to no end since he was lighting up the center ring time after time when he came this way the first time. "Well, ya win some ya lose some", he said as he grabbed another kunai and hurled it.

(8 ) Batsu was proud of himself, the boy hurled a shuriken and hit the bullseye almost dead center. He smiled heavily at the result. With a bit more practice, Batsu would be able to make a lot more throws like that one.

(16) Well, it looked likke Batsu needed a LOT more practice since the last kunai he threw was high and to the right. Batsu rolled his eyes in disgust and rolled his neck in a circle before going to the target and snatching up his shuriken to throw again.

(7) Batsu looked down at the target and smirked as he noticed that he hit the bullseye... not once, but twice in his last wave of attacks. His self-confidence elevated at the fact that he was doing much better than his first batch. The training was a bit fun in knowing that he'd be proficient in long-ranged weapons in no time just as long as he kept the drive going.

(20) The last shuriken ended up hitting only the outer ring and this mad Batsu upset yet again. He hated the fact that he was very consistant with his throws. Every now and then he'd hit a perfect bullseye then the next would be a complete dud. Batsu knew he'd have to do much better in order to match the caliber of everyone else.

(21) Exactly what he meant. The throw before his last was a let-down and then he ended hitting a perfect bullseye. Batsu didn't even bother too recognize his feat like he normally would. Instead, he grew more worried about how wishy-washy his throws were.

(6) Again, to be expected, he ended up getting a good throw only to turn around and get a not-so-great one. Batsu joked about it. "I should charge admission for the roller coaster ride that I am going through." Well, something had to cheer him up since he was growing more upset.

(24) "Ugh... and again!" At least Batsu was more consistant. Now he was developping a pattern so he knew what to expect when he threw the weapons. He knew that one would be good then one would be not so great. Hoppefully they'd stay that way, or at the very least be great throws across the board. As Batsu went back to the target to fetch the shuriken again, he ponder how much more of this shenanigan would go on.

(7) Yep, another mediocre shot. Good thing he was training and not actually fighting. Otherwise, the enemy would pick up on the pattern and Batsu would be in a world of trouble.

(22) Batsu stepped his aim up yet again and ended up hitting THREE bullseyes. He was really proud of himself knowing that he was becoming a bit of a beast with his shuriken throwing. Now if he could hit a bullseye with all six of his throws then he'd be REALLY happy, but he took what was given and had no complaints. The boy looked down at the ground and saw that he was nearing the end of his training... the shuriken part anyways.. But at least he was almost halfway done with it all.

(16) Batsu raised an eybrow. For once, he snapped out of the trend that he had and was supposed to hit a dud.. Instead, he hit another bullseye. Farbeit from to complain about hitting a second bullseye in a row. Things were looking a bit better for Batsu and he was growing optimistic.

(19) By now Batsu grew very optimistic. He hit three bullseyes in a row.Maybe Batsu didn't suck as much as he thought. He'd be a pro at this in no time just as long as he kept this new trend going for a while.

(16) Batsu hit his fourth bullseye in a row and was very pleased with himself. Maybe Batsu was a bit hard on himself after all. Just as long as he was confidant with himself, he'd be able to go places as a shinobi. Hopefully others would be able to see what he saw too. The boy actually thought about bragging as he headed back to the target, but decided against it. He was already dealing with a Hoshigaki worrying him.

(16) The kunai ended up hitting the kunai he threw previously and it ricocheted and hit the ground. Sparks flew for a bit and Batsu couldn't help but watch and enjoy the small display of pyro. Batsu was keeping up this new trend though and the boy was proud of himself for doing just that.

(6) Batsu had amped himself up so much that he becamme jittery and nervous. With that, Batsu screwed up the throw and his new trend. Batsu ended up disappointing himself for screwing up and he grew crestfallen. Batsu had to make sure that he didn't get so worked up in his successes and failures. No more did he wish to screw himself over by excessive amounts of thinking.

(23) "One... two... three... four... FIVE BULLSEYES?!?! Holy shi-!" Batsu was elated at how well he did in his last six throws and hoped to do that again. and felt damn near invincible. He knew that he had the ability to do something of that magnitude, but he never thought that he'd do it now of all times. Well this made Batsu a tad bit nervous since he now wanted to make all six shuriken to hit the bullseye next time and he started to shake as he unleashed the next wave of shuriken.

(11) Well there went that. He did well with his first throw but sucked on his second one. The boy's hope for a perfect wave was shattered with one bad throw. He didn't let that get him down though since the throw wasn't a bad one. Sure, he didn't hit a bullseye, but it was better than throwing a shuriken, missing, and hitting someone in the eye.

(21) Batsu stepped his game up and hit another bullseye with the shuriken. He didn't let it get to his head though. Last time that happened he missed the very next throw. SO Batsu did his best to not even think about what just happened. He'd hate to jinx himself now. By now Batsu headed back to the target and plucked out the shuriken again. The fact that he had to do this over and over again upset him and made him wish he had more to throw.

(18 ) Batsu didn't even bother to look at where the shuriken landed. Instead he looked around the training grounds just to see what everyone else was doing. There wans't much to really see. Of course, Fishboy was training, he saw another Hoshigaki and a girl using clakra as a blanket. That was all.

(4) Batsu grabbed another shuriken and right as he released the weapon, he sneezed. The boy sniffled as he watched the shuriken fly. He hoped that it would still hit the target, but it ended up wide to the left. Batsu missed his first, and hopefully his last, shot.

(7) After that last botched throw, Batsu gathered himself and grabbed another shuriken. He didn't focus too hard since he was know for concentrating too hard and screwing up. He did what he could to make sure that he just did what came naturally as the boy released the last ninja tool of the wave.

(13) Good news was that Batsu made a bullseye. Bad news was that he screwed the rest of them up and even missed the entire target on one of the shuriken. Seeing this all take place hurt Batsu's prode and made him moan in frustration. He had psyched himself up greatly only to end up as a slight failure towards the end of the training. Batsu still had six shuriken to throw, but he was feeling really bad about missing the target with one shuriken... even if he still made a bullseye, he failed.

(17) Batsu looked down at the remaining shuriken and was happy that he was to be near completion. He had thrown a hell of a lot of shuriken and was now almost done. Batsu grabbed one of those shuriken and hurled it at the target. He was happy to see that it hit the bullseye, but he had done it so many times before that it lost meaning to him. Now if only he'd stop having to run back and forth to the damn target.

(15) Batsu noticed that he had four more shuriken to throw before he was officially done with shuriken training. Sad part about it was that he was starting to regret having the idea of endurance weapon training since he was growing tired of throwing shuriken. He preferred kunai more, but even so... throwing kunai would become just as tiring after a while. Batsu picked up a shuriken and just threw it at the target.

(12) Batsu was happy to know that he just needed to throw three more shuriken before he could move on. "Well at least I've done three sessions worth of practice in one setting. Hopefully I become three times stronger. Otherwise I just wasted my time. energy, and some ninja tools. I'd hate that."

(12) Batsu watched as the kunai hit the shuriken hit the one he previously threw. This was the second time that this happened and like the last time sparks shot out and the shuriken hit the dirt. Batsu laughed at this and thought abought his consistancy again. He wondered if he could do it again and have another show of sparks.

(15) "Nope" he said as the shuriken landed very close to the bullseye. About a centimeter to the right and Batsu would have hit it. But he was happy with the result. The boy reached down to the ground and noticed something. There were no more shuriken there to pick up. He was now done with shuriken throwing! Batsu jumped in the air a bit and let out a sigh of relief.

Batsu looked at the target and started feeling a bit better. Granted, only one shuriken hit the bullseye, the rest hit the ring just outside of the bullseye. Overall, his final throw was pretty damn good in his opinion. He was happy to know that he did fairly good for the most part and it was now time to do the kunai training. He preferred kunai over shuriken so he was a bit amped about proceeding. However, the target was cluttered with shuriken and he didn't want to throw weapons and they'd fall to the ground and not count. So Batsu made sure no one else was throwing anything before he jogged to the target and plucked the shuriken out one by one and placed them back in his bag.

(14)Batsu returned to the starting point and picked up six kunai. He then placed three in his hands and focused his attention on the now bllank target. With a quick overhand motion, he released the contents of his hands towards the board. He was a bit shaky throwing the shuriken, but Batsu felt more confidant about throwing kunai. After all, he had more experience throwing kunai.

(20) Batsu stood up straight and launched a kunai. The aim was perfect and he ended up hitting the bullseye dead center. This made Batsu smile. Hopefully the boy would hit more targets like this and he'd show how much of a threat to others he could be. This was one of Batsu's goals and he strived to make that goal a reality.

(22)
Batsu ended up hitting a second bullseye in a row and he then realized that he was truely a threat. If he kept training like he was now, the boy would climb the ranks of ninja in no time. Eventually he'd be able to go head on with the best ranged fighters in Kiri. Maybe, worldwide.

(17) Batsu threw the kunai and he ended up hitting the bullseye thrice in three rolls and now he knew how skilled he was. Now was the time to add some effects to his throws he stared at the target and started thinking of some ways to throw a weapon while adding momentum to the throw. Not only that, but showing off a bit couldn't hurt either.

(22) Batsu grabbed a fresh kunai from his back and turned his back to the target. The first thing to try was a quick glance over his shoulder into a throw. The boy closed his eyes and waited a few seconds before opening his eyes and glancing over his shoulder. A moment later Batsu turned and released the kunai in a swift jerking motion. The boy's aim was perfect and he hit a perfect bullseye. This made Batsu smile as he turned and saw what he had done.

(21) Batsu had run out of kunai in his bag and quickly ran to fetch them all. He was enjoying his new training and wanted to keep up with it as much as he could. The boy grabbed his kunai and turned back towards his throwing point. He ran a few feet purposely and went into a backflip before swiftly turning and launching the kunai. Yet again, he hit a bullseye. The boy smiled heavily as he thought that this throw was a bit harder since he thought that this throw was harder with the backflip. Still, he did it perfectly.

(8 ) Batsu did really well. He hit a bullseye on them all except for one and that one hit the ring closest to the bullseye. He didn't give himself too much credit since he knew how well he could throw kunai. So Batsu wasn't all that shocked. The only thing that would possibly take him by surprise is if he missed the target all together. Hopefully that wouldn't happen to him. Otherwise he'd hang up his figurative headband and give up on becoming a tough shinobi.

(10) The last throw proved to be a big disappointment in comparison to the others. He did everything the same way as far as his approach into the the throw. The backflip was a little off, sure, but he didn't think that it would cause such an imbalance in the throw. "Well, I guess I have to go better next time."

(11) Granted, Batsu did a little better, but still. His flip was still off and he landed awkwardly because of that. Batsu desperately needed to do better. His first throw was amazing, so why couldn't he repeat that? This was proving to be a bit much for Batsu, but he would not give up so easily.

(14) Batsu ran out of kunai so now was the perfect time to practice the backflip throw he did before. The boy casually walked up to the target and picked his kunai out. He then placed them all in his bag, except for one. He grabbed that kunai and got it prepared as he turned around and started running. He ran until he was a few feet away from his starting point then he hit a backflip and hurled the kunai at the target.

(20) By now Batsu got upset. He was doing really well when he first started out, but now he was slipping. Apparently 'beginner's luck' had started to run dry and he was losing his mojo. That was what he thought until he did another backflip into a throw. This time the boy hit a perfect bullseye. "FINALLY!"

(20) With him getting back into the swing of things, Batsu went and turned around quickly. He took a quick glance at the target and did a cross swipe with his kunai and released it. Good thing was he hit the bullseye again so Batsu was getting back into his style. He struck while the iron was hot and it paid off.

(17)Batsu was definitely not pleased with his last wave of throws. He expected better of himself and wanted to exceed the expectations that he set for himself. Thanks to the over-achieving personality that he had, his standards were pretty high and everything that did not meet them was considered a loss... and Batsu HATED to lose. He wnated to hit at leasst three bullseyes per throw and he only hit two in the last throw. FAIL. However, he knew he could make that up with future throws, so he wasn't gonna beat himself up so soon in the training process.

(8 ) Batsu did everything perfect as far as going into the throw. The problem was that he sprung onto a rock and it would have sent the boy flying if he didn't recover from hit near-fall. Thanks to the damn rock, Batsu's throw suffered and he missed the bullseye. The boy looked down at the ground and kicked the rock as hard as he could away from him.

(22) With no distractions on the ground Batsu turned and faced away from the target again and grabbed his last kunai out of his bag. The boy then turned and faced the board again quickly throwing another kunai. This throw ended up hitting the bullseye and dug much deeper into the board in comparison to the others.

(13) Batsu ean up to the board and decided not to practice his backflip throw. Instead he went back to his starting point and went back to throwing normally. Sure, it was boring, but it was helping him nevertheless. However he added a bit of a twist. Every time he hit a bullseye, he'd take a step back and increase the distance. Everytime he hit anything else, he'd take a step forward.

(13) Batsu missed the bullseye on his previous throw, so he took a step back...much to his dismay.Batsu was starting off the new game really bad and he hhad a feeling thst this was a huge mistake. The boy was already needing a mulligan and he only threw one kunai. Batsu was growing worried.

(23) Another bad throw and another step forwards Batsu went. The boy was now two steps closerr to the target. By now, Batsu was irritated. Batsu was doing awful and feeling stupid at the same time. He was hoping that things would shape up for him sooner or later. He'd preferred sooner over later though.
