*Talon forms a shield from his amulet and deflects the blast.*
You dare att-
*Chris throws a right cross and then kicks Talon in the gut.*
You talk too much.
*Chris drives his knee right into Talon's helmet after he doubled over from the kick.*
You can't have my amulet.
*Chris begins blasting the ceiling and as it collapses, Chris dives throw the door and into the hall. The ceiling collapses and buries Talon. Chris stood up, brushed him armor off, and walked off down the hall.*
That seemed way too easy....even if he did talk too much.

Several screens start appearing. Cassie sees Achilles battling though thorns.. , Patroclus battle a gaint spider, Chris losing his amulet in a battle, Guy battling a giant yellow bug, and Dani going though all of histories wars..
"They will all die.. and this one... I could easily snap his neck right now. Shall I?"
"No! Don't!!! I'll do it!"
"You'll do what?!"
"I'll become your champion... if you let all of them go."
" As you wish.."
Ares smiled as he let go of Hartley and Cassie went down to his level.
"Hartley are you okay?!"

*Dani spun around to a flash of light and her mother possessed by the Angelus. And on the other side of her was her Father covered in shadow's Darkness.*
*Dani Gasped.*
"What? Mama! Daddy? What's happened to you?!"

Hartley laughs and babbles, talking to himself.
"The strange girl in my head is gone now, I don't know where she went. I'll have to use my invisible flute to call her back..."
Hartley's fingers grasp at air, and he laughs again.
"Come on, fight me, punch me, punish me!"

Tears rolled down Cassie's cheek..
Ares snapped his fingers and a green girl in chains appeared.
"Take the boy and take my sister's friends back to earth and with that you will gain your freedom... martian.."
The girl nodded and her chains vanished as she picked up Hartley and flew away... Ares grabbed Cassie and looked in her eyes... Cassie's eyes turned red..
"Now you are truly my champion."
A devious smile appeared across Cassie's face.

Raven 'Ports to just above the shrine to War, she is separated from Dani by some kind of impenetrable field.
"Dani!!" She shouts both verbally and mentally at her. But it was no use, she could not hear. "Be Calm, I'll find a way to get to you!"
"REALLY CHILD? WOULD THIS NOT BE AN OPPORTUNE TIME TO HEAD YOUR OWN ADVISE?" A booming voice voice called from behind Raven.
"No! No! This isn't real! You're Not real You can NOT be HERE!"
"OH CAN'T I DAUGHTER? YOU KNOW YOU COULD NOT HOLD ME BACK ALONE. AND NOW HERE I AM!! WITH THE AID OF ARIES I SHALL RULE EARTH JUST AS I HAVE AZERATH!!!"

*A spectral green hand passes through Talon's body causing him to scream and go limp.*
I am sorry I could not help sooner. Hurry...we must leave this place. I have placed the boy you are looking for aboard your shuttle.
*Chris staggers to his feet.*
No. Help the rest of my friends first.
*He stumbles up a set of stairs to look for Cassie. If this was a trap for her then he needed to find her.*

Cassie was deep within the fortress in a war room with Ares in the room was a map of Earth..
"So my champion in planning the next world war where shall we strike.."
Cassie smiled...
"Here"
She was pointing at Gotham City.

"Heh...heh heh..."
Hartley comes to on board...something. All alone. Having gone face-to-face with Ares, tortured both in body and mind, he's had a nervous breakdown.
M'Gann reappears to him.
"Hartley, stop! Your mind is unbalanced. You need to-"
"Hartley, Harley, Harry, Harold. Who is that?"
He skips over one of the shuttle's seats and blasts open the airlock.
"I'M THE PIED PIPER!"
Dashing out through the thin Martian atmosphere, limping and grabbing his left arm, Hartley spins around.
"And NOBODY CAN STOP ME!"
"Oh, piffle. This is not the way I was hoping this would go."
M'gann had no choice but to follow Hartley as he skipped back towards Ares' Citadel.
"This is the Labyrinth, you see. The neverending puzzle. And they're trapped there, forever, because they'll never get out! Their own minds are the weapon Ares uses. Ha HAAAA~! Tally ho! Onward, Friday!"
Hartley waves M'gann onward toward the Citadel.

Hello, could you direct me to Ares? I think he has my girlfriend.
Ares is in his war room with his Champion.
If you could just give me some directions.
I am Cadmus, enslaved to Ares for slaying his sacred dragon.
Yea...that's nice and all but my girlfriend needs-
Much to my shame, I cannot help you, hero. Ares has decreed that you leave his fortress. One way or another.
*Cadmus advances on Chris with weapons in hand.*

Both Angleus and Darkness had grabbed hold of Dani's arms playing a sick game of Tug-Of-War, using her as the rope.
"Ow! OW! Stop it! You're hurting me!" Danielle begs, tears steaming down her face!
"She's mine! She belongs with her Mother!" *Pulls*
"She never loved you! Only her father can show her that!" *Yanks*
"You much choose!"
"Which one of us do you want to be with?"
She's in a tremendous amount of pain. Her ar,s feel like they are hanging my threads, and Wictblade's armor has cut deep into her flash, but nothing comparer to the heartache she feels.
"I CAN'T!!"

"Hart-Pied Piper, this is a VERY bad idea!"
M'gann flew after Piper, who threw open the doors of Ares' Citadel and took a sharp right turn. Then he took a left. Then three more rights.
"Where are you going?!"
"Crazy! Want to come along?"
M'gann frowned.
"I don't think that's how insanity works. Pied Piper, there is something I saw in your mind, deep in your subconscious, and it worries me-"
"Roll over, Beethoven! Look at this!"
Hartley twirled around and showed the gigantic stone door in front of them.
"Dost mine eyes deceive me?! Or does it not say 'HERE THERE BE TREASURE TO STEAL, LAD!"
"I....I do not know what it say-hey!"
She dashed up to him as Hartley started pulling the giant door open.

A dark portal appears before Cadmus who then runs into it and finds him self very far away form his assigned post.
Appearing form the other side of the portal Raven's head pop out with a dark expression on her face.
"I'm pleased to see you have beaten your fear. Mine was easy enough as well. My Father, Tidon, is in hell were he will remain for I am the key that will never unlock him from his cell!"
"Come quickly, We must help Danielle and the others."

My fear? That guy seemed real to me. Can you take me to Cassie? Ares must have separated us so he could get to her. I have to get to her!
