I'm thinking of my Glaceon.
now it's an Eevee, and it has a Relaxed Nature. That increases its Defense and decreases its speed. I was thinking of giving it the Power Weight for HP gain and fighting Pokemon that would raise its Sp. Attack.
Is this a good idea? Or should I try to regain the speed? I want it to last long and to hit hard, you know, be a tank. I mean, when I'm done with training it, I can give it Quick Claw.

I suggest going with a Bold nature (+def -atk) for Glaceon and giving him a full Sp-Atk/Defensive moveset. You might as well decrease the stat you'll never use.
