"I got you a pretty suuuuit!" Tomo cooed with a flamboyant lisp. He ran over to her and pulled out the garment. It was a basic pin stripe suit, but he had bought a white maternity shirt to go with it, "Is this okay?"

PhoenixFirecat "A...what party?" Kaen asked, tilting her head. "Is this another weird human thing I don't know about?" Tomo sighed, not wishing to explain it again. "It's just something fun. Baizou's idea, actually... He walked off laughing, saying something about a bet he was sure to win." he shook his head, "Anyway, girls dress in tuxedos and boys wear dresses."

"Yeaaaah..." she whined, eyes glittering. "It's great..." she said, obviously stunned. "You are too good." she said, and smooched him. "Tonight, I sleep!"she exclaimed, grabbing the garment and heading for the stairs. "See you in a while! G'night to you too, Kaen"

Tomo nodded to Cass, "I'll join you in a bit... I-If you didn't mind." He said, starting to blush like a fifteen year old geek.

Pinching one of his red cheeks, she nodded. "It is always okay.." she said, before waddling away and up the stairs.

"Interesting...." Kaen said, trying to imagine Tomo in the dress he had shown Cass, then grinned evilly when the dress switched to being on Blayne. "What time is this party?" she asked sweetly, the evil smirk still on her lips.
"Good night, Cass. It was nice to meet you," she said, with a small nod towards the stairs.

Tomo's gaze followed Cass' form until she was out of sight. He snapped back to reality and looked at Kaen. "Oh! I was thinking at about six in the evening." He said, scratching his shoulder, "Give or take."

Tomo paused and scratched his head, "Few months ago." He said, running his finger over his ear absently. "Yeah... Don't remember exactly when..." he scrunched his nose in thought, then shrugged. "I dunno."

"Fair enough," Kaen said with a shrug and leaned against the bar. "How's Rhiannon doing?" She reached behind her towards the fruit bowl, immediately grabbing the first thing she touched. When she noticed the skin wasn't semi-fuzzy, she stuck out her tongue and turned towards the bowl, surprised to see an apple in her hand. "Right size, wrong skin," she said, dropping the apple and picking up a peach.

Tomo sat down on the bottom step and looked at Kaen. "Pretty good as far as I know. She's starting to get very advanced with her magic, lately." he said proudly, stretching his legs out.

"That's good to hear. We're getting a lot of magic users here." She took a bite of the peach and looked at Tomo. "Makes me feel a lot safer with all the insanity that's happened outside recently..."

Tomo nodded, "You and me both," Tomo agreed with a wide yawn. He smiled contently and rested his chin on his knees. "S'pecially being a single parent."

Kaen only nodded, looking down at her stomach. "That's the other thing. It's sounds horrible, but at least there are enough single parents here to where we don't feel alone. Not really."

"Yep!" Tomo chirped before another yawn. "Mmm. I ought to make sure she's in bed." he said, standing up with a stretch of his long torso, making it look even longer. "I'll be headin' up. Night, Kaen." he said before striding up the stairs.
