Tsuki Hatake (Dattoumaru)

Daichi Ayatsuri (Cursed Seal Technique)
With her Rock Seal Tsuki has been able to learn the element of Earth with ease, going out of her comfort zone of electricity and wind in order to add another element to her vast arsenal. When her Rock Seal goes into it's first stage, the triangular patter forming around her body, Tsuki is easy able to manipulate the Earth around her on a vast scale much like a Wind ninja's Wind Manipulation technique. Somewhat similar to Gaara's ability to manipulate sand, Tsuki can do the same with earth, but instead of it being sand, it is earth, meaning it has more volume and form. Though unlike Gaara Tsuki refuses to carry around a giant a** gourd [as her wings and weapons weigh enough] she can only use this technique when she is around earth/ground.
Ishi-sukin (Cursed Seal Technique)
This creates an extremely dense and enduring, yet weightless layering of Earth around Tsuki's body. Though naked to the normal eye, this stone skin appears when Tsuki enters the first stage of her Rock Seal as animal-like scales around her body, giving it a rather rough appearance. While dawning such a tough, rock hard skin, her defense is greatly increased much like her strength is in her Seal's level two state. The skin is strong enough to actually inflict a recoil upon a taijutsu user when they attack her directly, and is weather resistant so it doesn't free or burn [etc.] With such a defense just about any Ninjutsu and Taijutsu that is used on her by an opponent with less Chakra Points than herself will merely be endured and or deflected. The skin begins to deteriorate after five posts and must be refined after wards for 5000 CPs. Though if it is struck by a lightning attack it's endurance becomes weaker and it breaks in two posts instead. Daichi Ayatsuri = Denied. There are techniques in Hidden Time, that you can learn to do just that. xd
Ishi-sukin = It's earth, meaning you're weak to lightning based techniques. And it needs a higher cost. You're basically making yourself invincible to most techniques for 5 turns. neutral Daichi Ayatsuri: Really? o.O *looks* When were those added? *goes to learn* Ishi-sukin: That's understandable. I upped it to 5000 CPs and I added a clause about it being weak to electricity. Will that suffice? Sure, that works. Watch out for lightning in that form though, since if you're struck again you're gunna get injured bad o.o;;

You have stepped in my domainA field based technique, that transforms the area equal to that of 50x50 ft. Once caught in this field, a large barrier of electricty surrounds the user and his target. This field has a multipurpose, for one it disallows escape and two, the field will absorb any chakra that tries to utilize any thing other than kenjutsu or taijutsu it also keeps people from interfering Another aspect it protects interference from the weather. The draw back to this field is that it is limited two only two oppenants, so it is not good for multi-oppenant battles. Another limit is it can only be used on one person at a time. The field can be disrupted from the outside and stopped prematurely, however if this does happen, the remaining energy will collide with the disruptor equal to that of a powerful lightning strike.-2000

Shun Uchiha: Hidden Leaf
Mangekyo Explosion: Shun has learned and mastered the Mangekyo Implosion technique, taking that he has created an even more powerful version of this move. It would start off as the usual Mangekyo implosion technique but then a shift would change, Shun would increase the dynamic flow of chakra particles, that would then cause the implosion to shift outward into an explosion. In other words Shun can cause an explosion equal to the implosion techniques transfer power. Instead of that area being transported it would explode with fiery chakra.
Give it some sort of cost. And it's good. 3nodding

Alistair Crowley- Hidden Alchemy Self Transmutation. The human body is indeed a great spectical. The variety of different materials that make up the human body make it a work of art. The work of art can also become an art of war. Using the transmutation circles tattoed on Alistair body, Alistair has the ability to transmute any part of it to suit its puropses. There are the normal examples, such as a sword or lance or shield made from bone. Akira Orimara- Hidden Moon Closed Space Akira always worried about what would happen if he truly went all out. He remembered stories about the one known as Naruto and how he destroyed any remnants of Hidden Leaf when he transformed into his demon form. That scared Akira like little else and brought him to making this technique. This technique creates a closed space, no entry, no exit. For all intents and purposes, it is a mini dimensional cube 100 feet by 100 ft. by 100 ft. The terrain remains the same; just everything within the closed space takes on a bluish tint. Finally the closed space is completely indestructible; it would be useless if otherwise. The only way out is if Akira dispels it or if Akira is defeated, which would be hard since this place gives him a chance to let loose at 100 percent. Onishi Orimara- Hidden Moon Potential Energy, Onishi Style Akira had tried to teach her the technique with belief that it could help her with her bojutsu, however the problem was that he never really learned the technique. Instead it was simply a technique that had been transferred to him with the soul of Skye Orimara. He did not know how to teach it so he simply tried and Onishi filled in the blanks. She has full control of the potential energy of anything that she touches, measuring it and timing it. What does this do exactly? xDWasn't sure if I would need an example. Easiest way to explain it is think of Gambit's abilities in Xmen. Ranmaru Bakuhatsu- Hidden Moon Taijutsu: Way of the Exploding Fist Ranmaru is the explosive expert that he wants to be. He knows the fact eventually, with every bomb maker, your work will one day bite back. He has lost fingers making weapons, fireworks and bombs because of that. He had made this technique years ago, but always worried about how it would bite him. However, his body is reinforced so now he can afford to try to put it into use. Ranmaru’s chakra is that of an explosive force so that he can concentrate into body part and use that to create an explosion on impact. Firestorm Ranmaru is the explosive expert with explosive chakra. This technique is a combination of two things, his explosive chakra and nearly microscopic explosions. Ranmaru can spread his chakra into the battlefield and use it as an invisible weapon. While most would fight by focusing their chakra into the tangible, Ranmaru focuses his into the intangible. He can cause explosions around his opponent with a single handsign the only warning, a flash like a fuse lighting moments before the explosions. Ranmaru can also condense the chakra into things that could be more or less tangible such as grenades or sticks or dynamite that would have stronger blasts. The Shutoff Switch This is Ranmaru’s main defense when facing one not unlike himself. He is not just an explosive master but a master of diffusing explosives. His very chakra can do it quite automatically, making explosive useless against him.

These orbs actually drawing energy from the living things around it. Although nothing more than plants to give them a dead appearance. And making the orbs glow. Once glowing, they create the pentagram and then anyone who may attempt to leave the pentagonal circle of blood, to which ranges a good 300 feet around them all, will instantly be effected by the drain of their own blood, into a larger and growing orb that would form in the center. This technique is nothing more then a way to confine any battlers and takes 5 turns of Serkans. The first turn draws the blood from both Serkan and his opponents, although this is not too notice able, and will not effect either of them too much. The second causes the funneling blood to separate into one thousand orbs in the air. The third causes the area to turn a violent red tint, and begins to absorb energy from everything around them. The fourth causes the blood to take on the sinister glowing, after absorbing all the energy and making all plant life die. The fifth and final turn causes the orbs to fall, and everyone within 300 feet to be sealed into the circular battle field. Blood God: Blood Mutation This technique is a mutative property added to Serkan's blood through a great deal of trickery and genetics on his part, and the part of the scientists that decided to take him under their wing. With this, Serkan is able to create almost any simple weapon he wishes. Including items that are simply that of blades emerging from his own body to be used as a defensive style. With this, Serkan can create anything from bladed swords to fight with, or even spikes from his pores themselves to be used to defend from attacks. He can only create weapons though, and due to this, he can not create barriers or armors of any kind. Blood based weapons can be created as hard as he would like them to be. Although when struck they can instantly become a liquid state and cause them to reform if damaged, or trap an opponent's weapon inside of his own weapon. These weapons can not be thrown. Blood God: Bloody Spikes This technique is called upon with the use of a single hand seal. Using any pool of blood in the area, Serkan can cause steel hard spikes of blood to shoot up and attempt to impale the opponent or any one else that may be standing upon them. These spikes can be as thick as he wishes. Meaning that he could have hundreds of tiny pin sized spikes, rise up to 8 feet from the pool of blood. Or he could have pillar sized spikes shoot up 8 feet high from the pool of blood. No matter what size in thickness they are. They will always rise only 8 feet from the pool. Just enough to be able to impale an opponent completely, if they are able. The first: I say approved as is though I would like for each person to have some sort of wound that draws blood in order to have a sphere of blood made from their blood to initiate this move. The second: approved. The third: approved. ~ Grimace Ok. Although the minimal amount of blood wouldn't really effect either of them. I made it so the technique starts once the first blood is drawn. 3nodding Okay then. You're good to go.

Potenziale - Being a member of the Gami clan, it should be obvious that paper is a very important resource... One that Yuzou cannot always lug around in bulk. Thus, to cut back on both costs, and saving herself the trouble of having to lug around packages of paper, Yuzou has generally made up a technique that would allow her to technically 'clone' papers, thus allowing her to mass produce paper for her disposal.
However, she needs at least one 'original sheet' to do this.

Chikusho Bankou Hidden Stone Village Halo of Fire: Chikusho sends out several small clay butterflies around an enemy's head and then has them explode in a ring around them. From above, it'd look like a small halo made of fire, hence why it gets it's called Halo of Fire.

Stuck in a landslide... Teros Ra'am Hidden soul
Eldritch Surge: Using the twisted evil chakra that forms himself, Teros has realized that he can greatly enhance his strength for short bursts of time by sacrificing physical body. Using this the user can double their chakra points for a maximum number of five posts, but when it deactivates the twisted chakra rips and decays their skin flesh and muscle.
Eldritch Mark: Using this Teros can 'mark' his foes with his evil powers. What this does is causes all of his projectile attacks to home in on his marked foes. When this is used, Teros has to roll a twenty sided die for every projectile attack made for five posts following. If the result is even, the attack hits regardless, if it is odd the attack is to be acted to accordingly.
Breath of Corruption: This is an expansion on Teros' life bane technique, when this is used, the black cloud he expels for Life's bane becomes acidic, quickly eating away at any substance in the cloud short of bone. If anyone is caught within the cloud for three posts or more they will be stripped of their flesh entirely down to the bone. Pending.
Is this just the one he spews forth, or the entire cloud around your body? :/no escape from reality.

Demon Inuzuka: Hidden Leaf
Inhumane Instinct: A trait of Demons pure blood allowing him to increase his speed and strength to a new height. His senses become even sharper, his hair grows out and his claws can pierce the most durable material. His ears and nose become sharper, able to sense even the smallest change. His eyes become sharper, letting him see in the darkness and see for miles. Demon is surrounded in a aura of bristling chakra, which actually cuts as he moves. Can be used for every 10k Cp he has.
How long does it last. And exactly ho much speed and strength are you talking?
Bristle Fang: Allows both Demon and Cizu's hair to become razor sharp, and can actually be shot forth at there opponent. The hair has chakra infused deep within causing it to explode with a large force on impact, each hair shot equals 100 Cp.
100 CP for what? 100 cp you lose? Or 100 cp strength in the explosion? :/
Bristle Fang: Delayed Impact: By using the Bristle Fang Demon and Cizu has the ability to cause a massive explosion by delaying the impact. It starts off as the regular bristle fang except they do not explode on impact, Demon says the number of posts before the hair explodes and when it hits Zero they explode with the fiery chakra, costs 1000 Cp per hair delayed.
Pending on above tech.

Causing his disease and poison styled attacks to cost little to no chakra when used. Although all other techniques cost their specified amount. Approved

Furcas - Not necessarily a technique, Furcas is in fact the name of the strange beast that Shura has befriended over her miserable years, which now serves as her mount in place of a chocobo. Despite it's strange, hairy appearance, taxonomists galore have attempted to classify it, yet none have succeeded, thus, it is assumed that Furcas was the result of breeding amongst several monsters, possibly even Sinspawn. Nonetheless, over time Shura has just barely been able to scrape the beginning of his power. Aside from being a diligent beast of burden, the Summoner-to-be has never remembered a day when Furcas was ill or contracted a disease, thus she is a fervent believer that this is one of his magical abilities.
Also, when applied to wounds, his saliva has weak, but evident, healing properties.

Zero Inuzuka: Hidden Leaf Alpha Fang: One of the abilities of Zero, using the flying swallow technique he is able to create an invisible beam of chakra from his claws. Because of this his claws don't really stop when being used and instead continue forward when blocked by some force. They have a range of four feet from the tip of Zero's claws. Gravity Fang: An ability to Zero's, coming from him tapping in with force chakra as his brother did. This allows him to force mass amounts of power out of his hands at will equal to two times earths gravity, he comprises the gravity into a ball and fires it at his opponent. If hit his foe will get blasted with 2x earths gravity. This move costs 800 Cp per usauge. Gravity Fang: Larger Scale: A much larger form of Gravity Fang, Zero presses his hands together in a tai-chi like stance and blows out a ball of chakra the size of a wrecking ball. This attacks is 5x earths gravity and has the ability to actually crush bones if connected. Costs 1600 Cp per usage. Gravity Fang: Beam Laser: Zero concentrates his gravity powers into two index fingers before blowing out power equal to ten times earths gravity, if connected it totally crushes a singular spot on his opponent. Because it is concentrated and smaller in size this attack moves faster than his other two. Costs 2000 Cp per use.
Gravity Fang: Taijutsu: Allows Zero to compress his gravity abilities into his own body, this causes an upsurge allowing him to attack harder with x2 earths gravity. This is a passive style taijutsu and the force he hits with increases with the amount of power he has. 30,000: x2 Earths Gravity 45,000: x4 Earths Gravity 60,000: x6 Earths Gravity 75,000: x8 Earths Gravity 90,000: x10 Earths Gravity Etc, Steadily increasing with every 15,000 Cp Benchmark..If it ends at 90,000 I'll allow it. Other wise, it's denied. Also, it causes strain to yourself as well as long as it is used at the full force of whatever level.

Alchemic Zone: Laws to Abide- Frost has been practicing her alchemy and thus she has perfected a for which creates a zone of pure alchemic law. by using a transmutation circle tattooed above her right breast she can create a zone equivalent to 1/2 the size of her chakra pool. this zone is a pure alchemy zone, where all techniques turn to a form of alchemy. the techniques such as ninjutsu are changed into that of a equivalent exchange status, which would turn weak ninjutsu into small scale alchemy, where a small amount of mass needs to be traded for the technique to come into effect. and thus large scale takes a large mass to preform and on and on. Technical Alchemy- because of Frost's ability to create alchemy circles wherever her finger tips may touch she formed a strategy for large scale alchemy. she puts her hands as if at rest on a keyboard. and with every tap of her fingers she does a portion of a transmutation. one strategy that is possible with this technique is "bringing an inanimate to life". by creating a statue of some sort she then proceeds to use this technique to make it move as if it were suddenly alive. As long as she cant be running around in the process. Technical Alchemy Chained- using the same process as Technical Alchemy she first creates a duplicate of herself (as a statue) this duplicate has a fault though as it has extra limbs. these extra arms would then proceed to use her techniques creatinga larger scale of Technical Alchemy, and allowing control of a larger amount of statue chimera. As long as it doesn't mimic her jutsu and the like. Only the Technical Alchemy ability.
