Van Evok base lord attacks is 3, 4 for MoK, 5 for charge, 12 max for demon weapon for max of 17 Yup, I was looking at the Daemon Prince statline when I wrote mine. You got it right here. Apologies on the math bit, Van. I haven't done probability in a long while and had my head backward on it.

no problem, really... I've been facing Khornite lords in battle, in fact they are less impressive to me than Slaaneshi demon princes with lash power, and at least once I've seen one kill himself with own demon weapon

Slaaneshi Wing/Lashprinces are bitches to counter, especially if people play the standard Lashprinces+Death Guard+9 Oblits dickery. Mechanization is one way around it, but is vulnerable to the Oblits. Also, you could give him Terminator armor to end up with the attack total that I worked out earlier.

I can't speak from experience (having only played small Apoc games) but a lot of things on Titans looks like it is based on flavor. Given the investment, I think these would be the main questions to ask yourself: Do I like how the model looks? Will I have fun painting it? Will I have fun using it? Can I afford to purchase it? Those are the questions I ask myself whenever I start in on a project and I have yet to regret a purchase.

Ashly-Bloodmoon ok this may be the wrong thread to ask this. but, are chaos reaver titans worth getting, at their large price tag of about £400 + Is the model worth it to you? Do you have the time and money to get one? Forge World models, especially big ones are not to be rushed. It takes a lot of time to clean and properly prepare the model, not to mention checking all the parts to see if nothing is missing or broken. On the bright side though, if you buy a titan from them and something is awry about it, you get preferred customer treatment because you are a big spender. Rulewise you're looking at a 1450 points model that has three weapon hardpoints (two arms, one carapace mount) that you can freely take weapons for. The carapace standard weapon is the Apocalypse missile launcher, while the arms can have the Gatling blaster, Melta cannon, Inferno gun, Laser Blaster and titan ccw. Keep in mind that most weapon options may not be available in the store as chaosified weapon versions, you might need to properly convert them into chaos weapons to fit in with the rest of the model. Gamewise the model is an eyecatcher, a bullet magnet and certainly a joy to field alongside other, more puny models. It comes with four void shields and six structure points, so it can take on some damage. Plus when it goes super-nuclear the blast range is 6D6" and any model caught in the radius suffers a Destroyer hit.

If you have money lying about and aren't afraid of the many hours of work needed to build and paint it, then go for it. That said, it only really sees use during games of Apocalypse or as a display model.

I don't even want to think about how expensive that model would be to purchase.

That is sweet! I wonder though how much forge-world would want to a build a full scale model of an Emperoer Class titan? Or for that matter, see the rules that go with it =)

Lady Blodwynn Forge World is all resin, their days of casting in metal are sadly over and done with. I mean, they probably need something a little more sturdy to support a model that large and heavy.

I mean, they probably need something a little more sturdy to support a model that large and heavy. Resin in itself can be quite sturdy and durable, but if you really want to enforce the joints and certain parts, you could always drill them out and shove in brass rods. It also helps to use good superglue such as zap-a-gap along with an accelerator to strengthen the bond even further.
