Also it doesn't help that Fenrir is as Stubborn as a mule. Maybe we can set some change after the Sin Arc that he's so steadfast on completing.

@Meta: I like it quite a bit too. It has a better ring than Des.

And I feel the same way. I feel that you get more accomplished that way then devolving into screaming matches. And Ron was explaining to me about the other guild. I realize that option won't work.

However I do have a few ideas rolling around in my brain. I believe all of them to be brilliant, but as I said before I haven't been here long enough to really learn the subtle nuances of the politics and personalities at work here. I also fully admit to not having a 100% grasp of the inner workings of the guild. But as a game artist and someone required to study video games I see all the flaws. I see how to fix them, ALL of them, but without stepping on a few toes it will be an impossible task.

Then again I like to punch impossibility in the face and teabag him while he's down.

@Fever: Beware of folly of ones own ideas, I say. Quite a few I have come up with on my own, thinking they were grand, but when I thought about it practically and applied it to what I wished, it seemed retarded, for lack of a better word.

However, you seem to be a person of experience, seeing as you've studied video games. I am just a hobbyist, taking delight in role-playing to what degree I can, and moderating in those places as well if the opportunity provides. I enjoy being a mediator, and washing away inaccuracies when able. It is much harder to do without a position of power however, as many tend not to agree.

Your knowledge seems like an invaluable asset to any guild such as this, although there remains one issue of your application of knowledge. I'm sure you're aware that his is a sandbox RP, and as such, viewing it like a game can be, at times, inaccurate.

I've all ready started. There's a debate thread opened on one of the first problems.

Fair enough observation, Meta, but my knowledge actually recognizes the biggest problem of this RP, besides leadership. Which is that this RP is trying too hard to be a video game when it's limitations prevent it from being one. There are a few basics of the guild that need to change to bring in new membership, but there are also a few - shall we say - plot aspects that if changed, would allow the game to run much more smoothly.
