I am sorry, But the Hachibi doesn't sit well with my character. I'm looking for functionality, not brute strength. It doesn't function with my character.
Anyway, could someone please answer my last two currently asked questions: 4) Then would it be possible to create some, or maybe compile a list of Stealth techniques? 5) I'm meaning is it normally reserved for once your character is made, or is it acceptable before your character is made?

Wood publicly announced that he would not be RPing with us outside of XRP, which is why he lost his crew status and his character, and by extension, the Hachibi..
@Kibi: What do you mean by stealth techniques? Ninjutsu, or physical techniques?
You can create customs whenever you want. We do ask, however, that you do not flood the customs forums, or things will take longer to check for everyone.

On the question of whether the seven tails has to be in Iwa, yes, yes it does. I don't know why BB thinks otherwise.
If you want to make some stealth jutsu, that's fine, put them up as customs. However, there are stealth techs in existence, we just don't separate them from the rest. There are some universal, and most elements should have a couple.
When is an acceptable time to make customs? Pretty much whenever you want. It's usually better if you know for sure your character is approved before making a personal custom, but guild wides or ones you can adapt to any RPC are fine whenever you feel like making them. And if you do make a good custom, but it turns out your RPC can't use it, you're free to give it to someone else or offer it up as a guild wide custom.

They have their plates pretty full and customs can sometimes take a few days to get approved.

@ Gregar Both I guess, anything that isn't a Taijutsu style to make my character more Stealthy, and unnoticable to others. ( I already have assassin profession, but I'm looking to cover the holes in it. )
Oh, I wouldn't dream about it, I'd only ever submit one at a time so I could put my whole effort into one thing at a time, instead of two or three.
@ Hinote Hm, Pity. It would have been nice to bring it to Otogakure with me if it had been open. But then again, it is more linked to Iwagakure than even the Yonbi would be.
Would the Stealth jutsu count completely as a type, or would they be classified under universal?
Ok, so I should definately wait until after I am accepted before I make my customs. That is very nice to know.
@ iShay Thank you, that is very good information. So I shouldn't get my hopes up about getting it approved right off the bat unless I get lucky, did everything right, and the custom mod just thought to look customs over that day.

If you wish to inform someone that you have finished editing something, but you don't want to post it in that thread for lack of that thread being checked often, and without sounding like an annoying little p***k, how would one go about doing this? Private messaging? Or maybe just a comment in a thread that is generally frequented by the person in question? Should I be vauge, or should I simply state that I have finished editing something?

If you are editing something that has been judged, simply make mention of it in the same thread. If you've just posted something and it hasn't been checked, just wait.

It has been there for a day, and I just placed a Role play sample on it. I'm wondering if I should just post again merely saying it is finished, or if I should contact, or mention it in another thread.

Well, you've kinda done that already, but the best way to do it is a simple repost. Thats what I tell the people who have to redo their profiles to do, and it works.

On that note, I highly recommend a new rule. "No "U/C" submissions." Because really, the last thing I need when I go look at stuff, is to have to fish through a bunch of unfinished crap to find the stuff that actually needs judging.

My circumstances would have made reposting a bother, It is the latest post, And the judge had yet to get to judging it, I'm fairly sure because mine was the only one in question, but now it is finished, so I had no way of notifying the judge of my update and finishing of the item in question.

Ok then. I wasn't sure if you were supposed to notify them once when finished or not. Thank you very much.

They are such things as Microsoft word or even notepad on a computer. Even so you can just put it in a pm and send it to yourself if you have trouble saving.
