Keiji turned to crusade and smiled "me and izzy are going to create an new world but for this new world to be created I must first destroy this one and in order to do that I would need Raijuu but it figures you would get in my way so if you intervene you will be....." Keiji have given crusade a dark glare of his Heki Rinnegan as several bumbs formed on his hand while a thin black rim arround his eyes form "simply elliminated"

Ryu laughs a bit. "you really think you can build a new world...." Ryu trys to break the paper "well you wont be able to" Ryu stops laughing "because ill stop you in any way i can" Ryus curse mark activates covering most of his whole body."Even if i have to kill you to stop you." He breaks the daimond hard paper and falls to the floor.Ryu deactivates his curse mark "sorry lost my cool there" Ryu notices Keiji's bumps and the black rim around his eyes. He whispers to himself "what the..."

Keiji put his hand to his face as he chuckled a bit "well to put it simply I became far to bored and disgusted with this world so im going to use the power of the bijuu to create a doujutsu so powerfull it could probably take a whole nation apart" Keiji walked over as he glares at the group "im once this jutsu is completed im going to give to every hostile nation who wishes for complete dominance because of that wars would rise and fall immediately sadly countless millions would be killed but after the endless struggle of war people would become incredibly weary of war and strife they will never argue to fight again and thus a new world will be created from the chaos" Keiji opened the palm of his hand and then grasped it clenching his fist "and Ill will become the law...THE GOD OF THIS NEW WORLD!!!"

Crusade pushed keiji tot he side, and went intot he bookshelf for a book all kages have. she opend it and read a few pages. " your a ******** lunatic...havent you ehard that istory repeats itself. your not gonna live to see this.." she quotes wiht her fingers "new world.......look there's no such thing absolute good. making absolute good is absolute asking for a cataclyptic fall of power, and up roar ending wiht dying..like our last ancestor what was his name...pein I presume?"

Keiji glanced over and look at the group "The Rinnegan a tool of heaven itself it has the power to save the world from chaos or return it all into nothingness......its a power beyond any recognition the power of the great sage who created our world the world of the shinobi but...." Keiji looked very calm and laid back "I became disgusted with what this shinobi world came to he share the power of ninjutsu to the world for it to be used to destroy one another caused many wars much destruction so many fools crave to obtain that level of power destroy the lives of so many people to satisfy that lust for power" Keiji made a grave look at the group with his heki rinnegan "Iam the lone successor to ninjutsu, As the rikudou senin I will be the one who will destroy the shinobi world and simply create an new one with me an izzy as its god and goddess" Keiji glances over to izzy with a grin.

Being as sleepy as she was, She kisses the spot behind his ear and trails down until her hand turns his head to his and kisses his lip before biting it and growls
"You will not destroy my toys Keiji... I will be very distrought with you if you do.... find another way to do away with them"
her hand trails from his neck down his chest and stops to clasp both hands around his waist. Izzy yawns into keiji's neck before facing the others
"I do not wish to kill any of you but keiji does fear you might be in the way...can we just put them underground for a uber long time til i see fit? It will be difficult to be Gods of the new land if you have to father them.."

Keiji begins to gain a very laid back look in his eye "yeah your right honey but if they will start to go against us it will be like an infestation they would never fully die out but if that is your wish then they should be spared after all as the next otokage I shouldnt have blood early in my new office" Keiji sits down in the otokage seat then looks at the group.
