Alex got freaked out for a moment when Dorothy screamed Don't do that! You're gonna give me a heart attack if you do that again! Ugh... Wait a minute, what you mean it IS me?" A short moment later a spark of though came to his mind "It can't be... You? You're the samegirl from seventh grade? But that can't be... I haven't seen her in years, and she never showed me any special abilities she had, even though she had wings... Are you really that same girl from before?" He got seriously red and nervous, "I might have just admitted his feelings to the girl that he didn't get the chance years ago, what's gonna happen if it's really her?"

Dorothy looked at him,"Yeah, acutally I moved because of my powers. I had started creeping on the people who I was living with, and they shipped me away to the orphanage." Dorothy's head was bouncing with questions the biggest one being, did he mean what he had said?

Dorothy let out a giggle,"Wanna know a secret?" She picked up her bowl and started heading towards the counter muttering,"I liked you too."

Alex heard her clearly and was shocked for a moment "So... We were both feeling the same all along? You mean that you wanted to be more than just my friend just asmuch as I did? Looks like destiny gave us a second chance...." He thought about what he just said and got a short moment of thinking going through his mind before he takes out his next words, after taking his bowl and placing it on the counter "You know... I never lost those feelings... and if you didnt either, maybe we can... go on a real date... sometime?" He got red again, he just asked Dorothy to a date, he was getting excited now having meeting her again, and knowing she felt the same way as he did.

He said this teasingly as he laughed to himself and waited at the cafeteria entrence.

Dorothy had forgot all about paying. She hurried to the counter and paid the lady for both of they're meals. then head back to the entrance,"Okay we can go now."She headed out into the hall towards the dorms.

Dorothy laughed,"You're gonna laugh at me but let's go to my locker real quick." They headed to her locker, she opened it and pulled out a book,"Open it."She handed the book to Alex.

Alex stood in front of her locker staring at the book, he slowly opened it, and it was actually a photo album/personal diary "Wow... All these pictures are... Of us two, together?" He flipped a few pages and saw some pictures ofthem whe nthey were much younger than just seventh grade, after that he reached the Journal half, he opened a random page where it was writen "Oct 25th, Dear diary... Today I got he coolest thing ever happening to me, today started off bad when a few of the daily school bullies placed me as their target, I wish I could use my powers already!! I would've showed them, I shoudlv'e... Nevermind... Anyways after that Alex came along trying to protect me, there was something different about him today, he had a serious glare at them, he was so serious it was scary, and he go into a fight with them and won, he was really injured bad, but he still forced himself to stand up, acting like a hero saying to me 'Nobody will ever hurt you as long as I'm with you, that's a promise Dorothy!' And when he said that I felt my heart beating fast, I think I'm in love...."
Alex couldn't help laughing just like Dorothy said "Wow, I can't believe I just read this, that was so long ago, so that's how it all happened... I guess I should tell you how I fell in love with you back then... Do you want to know?"

"Oh man, this goes waaay back when were still in seventh grade... We had a dance to celebrate the ending of the school year, so you agreed to come with me as friends, naturally we blushed a bet, but we got over that, and what can I say from here on?" He looked a bit down, smiling to himself in his flshback "God.. You were so beautiful back then in that dress, I swear my heart was beating so fast I thought it was going to pop out... Wehad a couple of nice dances, but like all good dances we had the slow, I felt like I wanted to stay like this forever, I looked down at you and couldn't stop thinking about how this was happening, we were just inches away from a kiss, and just before for somereason we stoped ourselves, I always regreated for stopping myself back then..."
