"O-Oh yeah..." Stephanie said, scratching her temple with her index finger. "Well.....Margy started to go and...uh well......" She bowed her head slightly, looking at the floor and kicking the dust. "...I.....I'm sort of...uh....not cool with being by myself...." She tilted her head up slightly, with a slightly nervous smile on her face. "Seperation anxiouty."

"Besides..." She continued. "You've been here for like...six months now right? You probably know the area way better than we do....or at least me." She pointed to herself, trying not to make Margy think that she counted both of them as incompitant.

((Wouldn't done it on one post, but I forgot to add it. sweatdrop ))

Margy peeked up from a piece of debri as Soul appeared. She grinned widely, before running over towards him and tackling him.
"HIIQUUUUU!!!!! MEGA MARGY ATTACK--NUMBER TWENTY TWO!!!" she squealed out as she slammed full force into Soul, most likely knocking him flat on his back.
"Margy found the missing Soul-kun!!" she said with a wide grin. Appearantly Margy had either not heard what Soul said, or completely forgetten. Whatever the case was, she thought he was had disappeared and was now convineced he had reappeared.

Stephanie couldn't help but burst out laughing at Margy's sudden "special attack" at Soul. It was both cute, funny, and sort of sucky for Soul since he was the one now on the ground. Add to the fact that Margy had comletley forgotten Soul's earlire remark earlier.
"So..." Stephanie said finally. "now that all three of us are here, why not we all go together? Or do you still need some time to think?" She found a bit of irony in that statment, for in total honesty he really hadn't had any time at all. "I-I can kinda chill here for a while if you really need to be alone..." It was probably more than evident that she didn't want to be left by herself, but she'd do it if he really wanted her to.

Soul's expression could only be considered as priceless moments before the attack connected and he was sent into the ground by the piledriving force of the hyperactive hamster. "Ow." He murmured. "Pain. Bones... sore... bleeding...internally.... Head.... Throbbing..." Soul whined on the ground as the Hamster squirmed. When Stephenie started to talk, his head looked over to her without problem. "Nah, I found a way up, like I was saying..." He rolled over, dislodging the hamster from his abdomen, and got up. "It's thataway."

Margy laughed as she fell onto her back, once Super had managed to pry himself from her grip. Staring at him, she gave a bit of a grin and quickly leapt to her feet.
"Hehehe! Margy got Soul-kun again!!" she stated happily. She began to skip around happily, before stopping and looking over towards Stephanie.
"Stephanie bad fibber." she stated. "Stephanie-chan no want to stay behind, Stephanie want to come!" she grinned.

Stephanie gave a gratful, yet nervous smile and nodded slightly. As Soul began to move them ahead towards their destination, she had noticed him limping slightly. Apparently Margy's little tackle had undone the healing she had given him earlier. "Need another boost, or did Margy's attack not take enough outta ya?" She said, extending her left hand slightly.

"Hm? Nah, I'm fine." Soul said, thinking it over. The reason for denying the heal was that he enjoyed a little bt of pain every once in awhile. He learned that it upped his tolerance for it considerably, which was something he really needed to do in his first two months living in this world as a brown hedgehog. He pointed ahead as the pain started to ebb away. "Up there, Stephenie, can you see the vines? I tested them somewhat and they seem to hold, but I'd like you to try to go up there first. Necklace and all."

"Uh.....me? Really?" Stephanie stammered. She looked up at the vines, wondering just how high they went... Her heart began to race a bit, and her ability to swallow became strained. But it wasn't because it was extremley high or anything, but she had no arm strength to speak of, and had never been able to scale anything at ALL. Fortunatly for her there was a ridge near by, where she could plant her feet slightly, but she had honestly never done anything like this before...
"So...." She started, finally arriving to the vines. "I just sort of, grab onto it and uh.....climb?" After walking to the vine unsteadily, she turned about swiftly to Soul. "I have no armstrength just to let you know, so I apologize if this takes too long." Turning back, she grabbed onto a vine, postitioned her hands above her head, and then jumped onto the rock. Suprizingly, her shoes had good enough tracktion for her to stay on, and she seemed to hand for a while. Looking at her sideways surroundings, she kinda smiled, saying, "Wow, this is cool." But as she tried to move forawrd, neither her arms nor legs were willing to go. If she let go she'd fall on her back, but if she moved she might fall anyway....

After looking around a few moments, she made a long sigh.
"Guys, I think I'm stuck...."

Soul watched her, suspended three feet in the air from the ground, unwilling to move. "It's the only way up..." He murmured. "Less you want to wait awhile for Knuckles to break open the cliff side, or the archaeologists to get here, and I frankly don't wish to deal with a hot headed echidna or the crowds of people." He said bluntly. Looking up the cliff side, he decided Stephenie was moving, and gabbed her arms, lifting her up slightly and letting her get a firm grip on the ground. "There we go." He said, at least trying to comfort her a little in her embarrassment. Gym Class all over again... He said to himself. Thinking of a second idea - which made his own stomach fly up to his through - he turned to Stephenie. "Um, well... If you let me borrow the necklace, I'll do it myself." He was hoping she'd be over-protective of the Necklace, he really hated heights, but they wanted to get up there, and he wanted to see Tikal really badly. "Then Margy here can climb up after I throw the necklace down to you guys, and we can pull you up from there." He explained. In his mind, it was rational, but he was still yelling at himself for being an idiot, and soon t be a dead one.

((Ok, before we go into this, exactly how high is this supposed ledge? If it's as tall as I think, you may be more than unfavorable with my response....))

Margy, who was standing on the ground a few minute ago, stared up at the vine that Stephanie was climbing. She grinned a bit, and ran over to the cliff as fast as she could.
"Oooo!!! Look fun fun!!" Margy squealed out. Appearantly heights didn't bother her in the least as she ran over to the vines and grabbed onto one. She held onto it and gave one of them a tug, copying what Stephanie had done before she began to climb up the vines. She stared at the vines for a bit longer, and grinned.
Without a second thought, the hyperactive Margy quickly began to climb up the the vines as quickly as she could, giggling all the way.

((A good thirty Feet.))

Soul took only a moment to watch Margy heading up. "Uh." He mumbled, watching the lightest of them make her way up. Hamsters were bred for climbing, really, so he needn't worry. Regardless, he did. Grabbing unto a nearby vine that extended above, He started to chase after the girl, if only to be there to catch her when he falls. "Margy!" He called out, knowing it was even stupider that he was on a vine- but now since he was on one, they could tell if it would hold 'em up. As he closed the distance by sheer luck, determination, and a better grasp of the shortened body then either of the girls, he called up, before looking down a good seventeen feet. "Oh dear Lord..." he mumbled, before he chased Margy the rest of the way. He made it to the top without consciously realizing at first, only to turn around and gave Margy a hand up - he was sure that she must have thought it a race. As he stood with Margy, he realized he was standing, not climbing, and looked down at Stephenie below. "Uhh..." He murmured. "I GUESS THAT MEANS IT'S SAFE,' He bellowed down to the dog.

Margy stared up at Super as he offer him her hand to help her up, but instead she shook her head, and grabbed onto the ledge herself. She gripped it tightly and quickly pulled herself up, before doing a bit of a silly dance.
"Margy got second place!!" she said with a cheer as she did another dance and smiled a bit more.
The hyperactive hamster did in fact think that they were having a race up the cliff, she had been so much into it, she hadn't even heard Super call her name when she began to climb up it. She stared down the cliff, and said the one thing Super wouldn't want her to.
"DO IT AGAIN!!!"

"Nonono." He said, pulling the Hamster girl back and looking over the edge himself. "I know your Nineteen and smarter then that, but the point of the matter is safety." He said quickly as he motioned Stephenie to grab the Vine so that he and the Hyperactive Hamster could start pulling her up. The Dog had nothing to worry about - She had the necklace. As he turned to Margy, he looked at her shoes a moment. "You know, we could do this real quick, Margy. Grab the vine right there and wait for Stephenie to grab a hold."
