"I'm no scholar..." Cail began, taking a step away from the wolves. "but, if he did what I do, then they scent is just in this area. It's not like he walked. He just... moved..." He said this last word carefully, trying to explain what teleportation was like. But who knew? Maybe the wolves could track the man.

Terina nodded "No you do have a point... It ends in this area." she said petting the wolf that had caught the scent. "However...sending a scouting party out could catch other pockets of scent. Which is why I said we could try. Its a slim chance...nonetheless" she said smiling at him.

"Come on you two slow pokes. I want to get to the Town before night." Artanis kicked her horse into a gallop and found Ansel "Ansel lets go." She yelled at him.

Terina's eyebrow twitched "Hey...what the?! Are we going to track this stranger or not?" she said as she watched her sister, folding her arms slightly annoyed at being teased after all that had happened.

"No. We are not. I know who the stranger is anyways so no." Artanis kept going. "Get a move on it Terina slow poke." she said with a little laugh.

Terina tilted her head confused "You know who he is!?!" She slammed her hands vanishing the extra wolves and jumped on the larger one that remained. "The hell!!! " she said as she tried to catch up "Who is he then????"

Utterly confused, but too curious to not pursue, Cail ran after them, teleporting every so often to keep pace with the wolf and the horse. He was feeling a little strained, but gritted his teeth and continued following them.

Terina stopped, seeing Cail strain. She paused wating for him to teleport near and then signaled him to sit behind her on the Wolf. "Come on now! We need you in one piece if we meet up with trouble again." she smirked.

"Thanks" Was all Cail managed to say. He was too out of breath to say much else. A little worn out, he climbed onto the back of the wolf. Next time, he noted, he wouldn't ditch the horse. It just wasn't worth the extra effort.

Terina giggled "Hold on tight !" she said to Cail as the wolf bolted foward, trying to bridge the gap between the others. Terina was puzzled by what her sister had just said, but she shrugged it off and looked back at Cail wondering if he had caught his breath yet.

The ride on the wolf was exhilarating. He found a new liking for the animals that he was usually scared to death of, and clung to Terina's waist out of excitement. After a few minutes, he found that he could relax and realized that he had been holding his breath the entire time. He finally began to breathe. "This is great! You do this all the time?"

Terina smirked "No...not all the time...." she said looking back at him. She then turned around as she frowned remebering the last time she had actually used her wolves like this. She shook her head as his face came back to the forefront of her memory, an attempt to wipe it clean.
She hoped her sister didnt notice the frown or its reason. Then she turned back to Cail "Usually horses are much more civil, dont you think?" she giggled trying to cover her lapse in mood.

"Terina.." a soft voice of Artanis was going through her head. "You can never hide things from me. I know that face and change when you think of him. It's ok." Artanis could see the outskirt of the town, she decided to slow her horse down so he could breath.
"So shall we have some fun?" Artanis asked the others.

Terina frowned a bit seeing as her sister noticed. The wolf came to an abrupt stop next to the horse. She feigned a smile at her sister, unwilling to let it get her down this time.
"Fun it is...remeber i get to bother the cute guards this time!" she smirked.
