Leila nodded in response to Dream's forgiveness, before looking up at the sky and feeling the rain against her skin. It brought back a terrible feeling, one she couldn't put her finger on, but couldn't seem to ignore it. "We could go back to the cave," she mentioned to Vanessa under the tree. "It would provide us with better shelter, from the rain as well as the waves if any storms should approach." On that note, Leila retreated quickly in the direction of the cave.

With a sigh Violet picked Vanessa up.
"Just say if you want to mvoe next time, ok?" she told her, taking her to sit in the cave where it was dry. Once she had settled the girl down again she turned to Dream, arms crossed and the smirk back on her face.
"Is that so? thats sounds useful ina sticky spot," she replied.

Vanessa sat in the cave, trying to dry herself off from the rain. Then, she looked to Dream.
"Thank GOD you can do that, because I'm really in no mood to get fed on again." Vanessa said, with a half-hearted chuckle.

"No problem." He had protected himself in a bubble of air beforehand, and wasn't wet from the rain. Now in the cave, he didn't need to use it anymore, so he released it. "Here's another test: use your air powers to dry yourself off."

"Psh. That's easy." Vanessa smirked. She held her hand out, palm facing her. body. A blast of air came from palm, making her clothes dry off. Then, she ran her hand through her hair, letting out little veins of air each time, drying her hair off. "Ta-da!" Vanessa said, with a little more powerful laugh.

Violet chuckled at Vanessa's responce and collapsed to sit cross legged on the floor. As she watched Dream start the next lesson she began to detangle and dry her own long black hair.
"Its not that bad you know," she muttered to Vanessa, then started to hum softly.

He laughed. "You've got plenty of skill. You just have to think about using it when you want. You're almost at the point where I can start teaching you new skills." He sat down on the ground, smiling. "Now what?"

"Hmm.... I dunno." Vanessa said, getting her energy back. "I just want to learn new stuff..." She muttered, looking at her nails. "Violet, Leila, do you guys have any... Powers?" She asked, looking at Violet and Leila.

"Apart from the whole can kill you just by whispering in your ear thing?" Violet asked, a hint of sarcasm in her voice again. Shaking her head she explained,
"Not really, my kinds more of the hell equvilant of an assassian i guess. I can kill someone or convince them to do something they wouldn't normally do. That's why i'm so useful in a war," grinning she looked to Leila.
"Leila on the otherhand...." she knew what succumbus demons could do, she couldn't wait to hear how she explained it.

"Mmhmm." Vanessa said. She went back to examining her fingernails. She rubbed her foot along the stone ground of the cave. "Dream, what else will I be able to learn?" She asked, eagerly.

Haucon resurfaced from the world of the metro, stepping lightly onto the city's concrete sidewalks. He produced a carton of cigarettes from the depths of one of the many pockets in his baggy pants, tapping one into his hand as he walked. He put the cigarette into his mouth and rounded the corner into an alleyway, simultaneously snapping his fingers. A small flame leapt up from his fingertips and he held it to the end of the cigarette, inhaling and seeing the tip glow. The flame had extinguished itself by the time it was back by his side. He leaned against the wall thinking and enjoying the smoke as it attacked his senses. After a few minutes he dropped the butt, and stomped on it before making his way out of the alley.
As he rounded the corner, joining the flow of senseless humans (he was slightly taller and gangly-er than you average seventeen year old). His stomach growled loudly, and he looked up. Excellent. he thought smiling, at the sign above where he'd stopped: Lucky Panda Express Takeout
One thing about the Sacred Realm, they didn't understand food like humans do. He opened the door and the flood of smells brought a smile to his face. A cute Asian girl stood behind the counter. "How may I help you?" she asked politely. "Oh I'm sure we can think of something..." he said smiling roguishly amused by the blush that was spreading rapidly across her face. She stared at the cash register. "But until my creativity boosts, how about some steamed dumplings?" he said digging in his pocket to produce the money.

"Awesome." Vanessa said quietly, smiling. She looked down at her clothes. "Oh god, why are there cobwebs on my clothes?" She said, disgusted. "If only I had a dress like mother's." Vanessa muttered.
