Zabuza let out a slight breath that he'd been holding, slightly. "Mostly the usual." He replied. I... want to pull him into my arms... he thought, but then pushed that from his mind. If he did anything of the sort, Haku'd know, even more then what he'd let slip, that something had happened without his knowing. Instead, he leaned back a little, hiding a wince. "You should get back to bed, Haku."

"I would but..." his stomach grumbled, causing him to blush. "I was thinking I could go for some supper first. Maybe we can go out and get something to eat? A short walk won't do me any harm."

Sasori nodded. He never talked to Kisame and Itachi all that much, but he knew them well enough as acquaintances. "I feel bad for you," he said, watching as Tobi was pulled back inside. "Looks like he's still going to be alive, unless they're killing him by other means."

"Sadly, I highly doubt that. You know the rule. No killing other Akatsuki members." he said, and added "Though had they let him drop, he wouldn't have died. I tried it once, 300 feet up, from a moving bird. One hour later, when I landed, he was right there asking me when we were going to eat."

Zabuza let out a slight sigh, before moving his good arm up to replace his face-wraps over his mouth. "Fine. But some place close." For your sake... and mine. He thought as he shifted to stand. Suddenly, his face became contorted with pain, his back burning as if the wounds were new. He let out a few unsteady breaths as he forced himself to relax, despite the pain. If he could relax, he could coax himself into moving again. "I... moved too soon..." he murmered, his voice straigned.

Haku had nearly had a heart attack when the older man looked like he was in extreme pain. "Zabuza-sama, you're going to stay here. I will get us some food." he said it in a firm tone, hoping the other would listen, but wouldn't be surprised if he didn't.

Zabuza's eyes drifted over to Haku. "Absolutely... not..." He murmered, slowly shifting to move towards the kitchen. Maybe some walking would work it out... even though it was quickly becoming excrutiating. "We will.. eat what we have... here. You are not to wander outside... alone..." Each pause was a hiss of breath at pain as he took a step forwards. Images of Haku in pain laying on that rooftop made him wonder how many people would've wound up taking advantage of the male if he hadn't spotted him when he did...
((I seem to like playing stubborn guys who don't like to be bossed around when in pain...))

Deidara smiled, saying "Thankfully, he should be occupied with other things during the festival. You won't have to suffer through him." as they entered the hotel.

"Zabuza-sama, please, I don't like seeing you in pain. And besides, we haven't stocked up the fridge so we don't have anything here to eat." Haku, pulling up some courage, grabbed Zabuzas hand forced him back down to the bed. "It is your turn to rest. I am going to go downstairs and will see if the hotel can send someone out for us." he quickly moved towards the door and out if. He's going to be mad at me for this...I'd rather have him angry at me than seeing that in his eyes again. He's trying to cover the pain up...for me. I am not worth his worry or kindness.

Zabuza let out a deep sigh as Haku disappeared out the door. He would lecture the teen later, as right now, it didn't seem possible. Chewing at his pained lip to distract himself from the pain in his back, he shifted to tug off his shirt, the cooler air of the room providing a slight relief. Shifting to lay on his stomach on the bed, he positioned himself to lay where there was the least amount of stress to his back as possible. Watching the door, he waited.

When Haku got to the lobby, he was greeted by many stares. He ignored them though as he stopped at the front desk. After a few minuets of talking with the woman there, a young man showed up.
He stared openly at Haku. "What can I do for you?"
"I just need you to go to the resturant across the street and get some food for me and my friend. I'll give you the money when you bring it to my room." He then told the guy what to get and his room number.
After going back up to his floor, Haku stood outside the bedroom door, his heart pounding in his chest. I wonder...what he's going to do seems I disobeyed him like that? Taking a deep breath, he opened the door and went in.

Zabuza's eyes had drifted closed, and now slowly shifted open as he heard Haku re-enter the room. "Haku..." His voice floated to the boy, calm, and yet oddly devoid of anger. Seeing the teen there, he'd known he wouldn't be able to give the usual angry remarks the other male was probably expecting. It just wasn't there anymore. Instead, he came up with something that had always helped the boy understand when he was a child.
"Come sit." No matter how calm his voice was, however, that was an order.

Haku took another breath before slowly walking over and sitting down beside the larger man. "Yes, Zabuza-sama?" Here it comes... his fingers clenched in his kimono as he waited for his punishment.

Zabuza knew what Haku was expecting by the way he walked over. "A tool... cannot be used if it is broken." he started- something he'd said so many times before to help educate the young male about his initial purpose for being useful to Zabuza. "Even if the master is dying, it should remain in perfact condition, in case it needs to be used by a new master..." this was quickly becoming difficult for the Momochi to bear, as he no longer thought of Haku as just a tool, but something more. These speeches were for the man he used to be.
"And if the tool is even mearly chipped, it is considered defective until it's healed. You understand, don't you?" He was basically telling Haku to heal rather then worry about Zabuza himself, so in case of attack, or anything, he would be able to to do something about it, while the Momochi continued to heal.
