NewGenious well I don't know who they is, and the profile bar is not telling me if people are on or not its telling me your off even though your clearly posting....unless.....your IN the system eek ok it's the people that have no posts in the members section. Just send them an post saying in a profesional way that they should post more if they want to stay. Include a link and my name if they want to contact me.

Have you contacted any of them yet? Like...is there a list of ppl who havn't had a "get your rear posting!" message, so that we don't have them get scared away by an onslaught of pms?
