Karu glared down at his arm. "That... Filthy, lying, cheating, ********..." He straightened, his fist clenched. "No. I will remain calm. I will find a way, to do this."
He looked at Baku. "I need to know, Baku. I need to know how to look death itself in the face and be able to completely, utterly remove myself from its shadow."

He stared down at him. Obviously Karu's mind was still full of rage. "I'm not Baku kid...your fit of rage and hatred has caused a mild delirium." He looked over at him before unrolling a pouch that had a vile of a white liquid and a syringe. "I'll answer your question in a moment. But for now, give me your arm."

He filled the syringe with the milky white liquid and rubbed and alcohol pad on the crook of his arm before placing the syringe on her skin but not piercing. "Ready?"

He nodded as the needle pierced his flesh and entered his vein, the substance in the syringe emptying into Karu's vein. This substance was a calcium induced snake venom that would counteract the surge of chakra he was experiencing as well as calm his nerves. "Baku told me that he will be devising a way for you to leak chakra through your Ofuda."

Karu nodded. "He did indeed. And if he can find a way to completely remove it without killing me, then I will be truly impressed." He looked down at his arm. The throbbing had reduced greatly, but it was still there.
"But ridding myself of the ofuda is no longer a top priority. Something else has come up."
