Neko nodded.
"Probably." Neko replied. "She's teh demoness going out with Ligato. She's a nekomata, which is nice since I'm nore ca that fox anywayss, and we've become pretty good friends. That and we had a nice converstation with Velante a while back. That was fun."

Neko smiled in return, gently holding his hand. She quickly went up into her toes and gave him a feather light kiss.
"I have to go." She said regretfully. "See you around." With that, she walked away from him a bit, still looking at him, before running as fast as she could in some direction.

Gaijin stood in the shadow of the Brooklyn Bridge, feeling something here. Or... rather... something had been here. He stooped down to where the snow showed signs of a similar struggle to those he'd been investigate. There was something lingering here, something in his gut that told him that this was someone he should know. Shadow Shi had begun taking Elders, not killing them but just apparently taking them. Where it was taking them was the mystery. Damn it if only I had a clue!

*Logan skidded to a halt on the snow covered pavement running to the bridge. She smelt a single mortal on the bridge at the place where Xan's trail ended.*

*Deciding she didn't care what he thought she started walking again, not acknowledging him as she searched around for clues using her well honed senses. She needed some clue to tell her where Xan's trail had led to.
On studying the disturbed snow, her mind would not seem to comprehend the fact that was staring her in the face. The tracks told a tale that simply said that Xan had been dragged into the Bridge itself.*

Gaijin stood, moving to where he'd spotted movement and hoping that it was finally one of these Shadow Shi. He was met with disappointment when he found it was that Lycan Elder, Logan. Oh. It's only you. I was hoping that it was one of these Shadow Shi. Damn. If only I could get my hands on one. So then, what brings you here with your nose to the ground?

*She asked. She had not been reading the papers or watching the news anywhere in NY for the last week of so, too much other stuff on her mind.*
And i am here looking into why Xan's trail ends right here.

You may have noticed a rash of murders and kidnappings of late. There has been something that's supposed to come out of shadows to attack people. The news calls it Shadow Shi. Lately it's been attacking Elders. Rikku and Neko are already gone.

That would explain a strange scent i can smell... A shadow that attacks people? Immortals as well as mortals?
And three immortal elders gone now?
*she pondered a moment.*
That could only mean that this new, strange scent has to be an immortal of some sort... A demon? Demons can manipulate most anything they want.

Four. This one was more than likely an immortal Elder as well, whoever it was. Do you happen to know? There has to be a reason it's not killing anymore. It's just kidnapping them. Before it was gutting its victims and now kidnap? I think they're still alive, somewhere...

Four? Who has gone then?
And this one was Xandora, the lycan elder.
It was killing before? And now no killings, so they must be alive! Do you know where the other's were taken from? Maybe from those other places we could piece more evidence together.

I don't know who all the people are, but I do know two of them. Rikku and Neko were taken from the same place, and I can tell you where that is, or show you even. Then there's Xan here, but the fourth is only a rumor I heard on my way over here.
