Nina removed her hand from the Rocket's mouth. "Well? Anything to tell me?"
"INTRUDER!!! INTRUDER IN THE TOWER--" The Rocket's yells were muffled as Nina quickly covered his mouth again. She sighed. "Now look at what you've done," she said, a little bit miffed. "Oh well, it won't be a problem." She uncovered the Rocket's mouth again, and slammed the bottom of her hand, near her wrist area, into the back of the Rocket's head, thus rendering him unconscious. Nina got up and brushed herself off, and dragged the Rocket behind the plants which she had used for camouflage. The girl flipped her hair as she noticed a beam of light reflecting off two items on the side of the Rocket's belt. Bending down and taking a closer inspection, Nina saw what the items were-- a pair of small, sharp daggers. A look of genuine surprise came across her face. She snatched the daggers, and examined them. Holy crap, she thought, if that man actually had a brain, he could have reached for one of those and put an end to me instead of flailing around like a Magikarp...
Nina played with the daggers a little, spinning them around and tossing them in the air and catching them by the handles. She did this for a few minutes, and by the time she had finished, she was able to spin them and catch them at a much faster pace. Clutching one dagger in each hand, she headed toward the staircase, taking care to make no noise whatsoever in ascending. If the Rockets that were more than likely on the floor she was going up to had heard their comrade's cries of there being an intruder, it was certain that they would be more alert than they had been previously.
Nina arrived at the top step. She peered into the room she was about to enter...

The confusion once again setting in the Dragonair started to thrash around some more dealing more damage to itself.
For his part Dante couldn't believe that it was working this well. Deciding to think nothing of it and just go with his good luck for once. "All right Kenny dragons are weak agains't ice moves. So lets show it your Ice Beam!" Not to far underground Kenny heard the comand and popping up half way out of the ground he formed the icey ball in his ghostly hands. Taking aim he fired it off at the Dragonair before going beneath the ground agian.
Upon feeling the icey chill of the beam the Dragonair gave a cry of suprise and looked around wildly not sure where the attacks were coming from. "Dragonair use your Dragon Breath on the ground. Your opponant is below you!" The orange jacket trainer shouted relieved that the confusion seemed to have worn off. Not really understanding but doing that anyway the Dragonair reared back before opening its mouth and shooting the attack at the ground trying to cover as much space as possible.

Morty raised an eyebrow at the strange grass Pokemon before him. "All right then," the leader said, placing his hands on his hips. "Let's get this match started! Let's go, Haunter! Slam it with your Shadow Punch!"
Haunter laughed devilishly as it vanished from the spot, reappearing and disappearing again several times before materializing one final time in front of Lombre, its ghostly hand clenched into a tight fist that was thrust forward at the Jolly Pokemon.

"Ariel," Kasiya said softly, getting to her feet and pulling the injured Vaporeon from the water. Kasiya hugged her gently, and the duo looked up in time to witness Felsic's fiery transformation. "You're too nice for your own good, Ar," Kasiya told the Vaporeon affectionately before she recalled the sleek blue Pokemon.
Shaking now, the girl eyed the Whiscash with indignation, her hand clamped tightly around the black and yellow Ultra Ball. "You are so going to pay for hurting Ariel," she told the Pokemon, who was flopping around and trying to get back into the water. "It's time to end this. Let's go Casimir!" She flung the Ultra Ball forcefully, releasing the silver Absol. The Soothe Bell around his neck tinkled gently as he surveyed the damage, glancing over at the newly evolved Felsic and then at Mike. "Take out that, that, thing!" Kasiya cried, pointing at Squiggly.
Casimir glanced back at her once more before he nodded, and jumped up into the air, slicing downward with his curved horn. A sharp blade of energy was thrown at the helpless Whiscash, sending it reeling.
"Come on Felsic!" Kasiya nearly roared. "Finish it off!"

Crenu had been walking for a while before he realized that he had wondered away from Ky and M.A. It wasn't long after until he realized that he had also wondered away from Azalea Town and was in front of a small entrance gate. Looking around he decided to go on ahead and see where he was. "They were training anyway..." He started thinking about the resolve he had come to in his mind as he walked. "Probably batter this way, for all of us..." A look of regret came across his face as he entered the house and walked past the gaurd. Looking at the sign, he pulled out his map and located himself. "Ilex Forest huh, looks like Goldenrod is on the other end. Might as well check it out. Bugsy is going to have to wait." Crenu put the map back in his bag and ran through to other door into the incredibly dark forest.

"With pleasure!" Mike replied, still a little giddy over Felsic's evolution. "Alright buddy, let's see how much stronger your Crush Claw is now!" He pointed to the Whishcash, who seemed helpless over on land. Not so tough now are you? The boy thought with a sharp toothed grin.
Felsic leaned forward, adopting a four legged stance. He pressed his front-side down, shaking his back end before lunging forward into an all out run. His first few steps were a little shaky as he got used to his larger and faster body. After a couple of close calls with tripping he grew familiar with his new form, picking up speed and letting out a ravenous roar. He tackled Squiggly and bashed him upside the head with his powerful glowing arms, the two tumbling towards the water in a mixture of dust and smoke and flames. No matter how high and mighty he was feeling after his transformation, the Typhlosion knew that water most certainly still not his friend. He broke from the melee and watched with satisfaction as the Water Pokemon rolled back into the ocean with a loud splash.

As the breath hit the ground it started to tear up the ground some. Suprisingly the attack sort of worked. It landed a partal hit on the small ghost pokemon. Upon feeling the hit Kenny gave out a cry, even though it didn't hit all the way the Dragonair was much more powerful then the small ghost. However the attack still wasn't enough to knock the small pokemon out. "Kenny use your Ice Beam again. It can't last for that many more hits." Dante said watching the Dragonair who was starting to look tired. What with the powered up Flamethrower, Firespin, hurting itself in confusion, and now the Ice Beam. It probably would fall with another strong Ice Beam from Kenny.
Hoping that Dante was right, he didn't want to get hit again by that pokemon Kenny formed another Ice Beam in his small hands. After a moment it fired off again and hitting the Dragonair once again. Feeling the icey cold again the Dragonair gave a small cry before falling to the ground. The strain for both Kenny's and Apollo's attacks finally taking its toll.

Upon exiting they gym, Keegan finally got a good look at his new badge. It glinted in the sunlight, and he chuckled to himself, walking towards the Pokemon Center. Now I can't wait for Themis to evolve, he thought excitedly, watching with his mind's eye once more each dexterous move Wattson's Manectric had pulled off. A bit of a spring in his step, the redhead entered the Pokemon Center, and handed the nurse Althena, Helios and Loki's Poke Balls. He leaned up against the counter, checking out the golden disc he'd also received from Wattson. "Shock Wave," he murmured, turning it over in his hands. "That's the one Wattson kept using. Never misses." He smirked, and tucked it away into his backpack, deciding to allocate a user for it some other time.
"So you just defeated Wattson then, right?" the nurse asked as she handed Keegan back his Pokemon.
"Yes, that's correct," the boy nodded, fitting them back into place.
"You know, that badge means you can use Rock Smash to break up rocks in your way," she told him.
"Yeah, that's what that kid said the other day," Keegan nodded, remembering well how his path had been blocked by rocks. "Do you know where I can find the HM for it?"
"Probably at the Pokemon Mart," the nurse nodded. At that point, a few other trainers entered, and Keegan left her to do her job. He went back outside, and turned his sights on the mart.

Once inside, for the second time that day, Keegan strolled back over to the TM rack, selecting the brown disc that was labeled HM06. After browsing a little longer, he also picked up ten Poke Balls, as well as five Great Balls. As he waited for service at the counter, he spied a pair of red goggles in another bin, and he picked them up too.
"Those Go-Goggles will come in handy if you need to pass through the desert," the cashier told him as she bagged his purchases. "Oh, you bought ten Poke Balls, that means you get a Premier Ball for free!" She smiled sweetly, holding up a white and red Poke Ball. "There's nothing special about them, other than the design."
"Thanks," Keegan nodded, watching the numbers on the register light up. He winced a little, not liking the feeling of parting with so much money as it was, but it couldn't be helped. Besides, he wouldn't need to buy anything for a while now. His wallet now $10,500 lighter, he left the mart, and headed back to the Pokemon Center, intent to do some research on what Pokemon could actually learn the new HM.

The trainer across from him recalled his Dragonair and setting him back on his belt he looked kind of embarrised. "Could we just end the match now? My other two pokemon are rather young and I have not had the time to train them. I was hoping that my other four pokemon would be enough to do the trick."
Hearing this Dante smiled slightly. "Sure. I have a young pokemon of my own and I was kind of hoping that I wouldn't have to use her." He said as he recalled Kenny and stuck him back into his bag. Going over he held out his hand for the orange jacket trainer to shake. "Lets just call it a draw." He said as they both shook hands. Both agreeing to that Dante decided that he needed to take a trip to the pokemon center. " See Meowth, we do need more training if we are going to go look for the legendary pokemon."
The cat pokemon just gave him a weird look. "You know I dont even think that we should go looking for them."
Dante just choose to ignore the cat as they entered the pokemon center. "Hello again Nurse Joy. Sorry to bug you again but could you heal my pokemon for me?" He asked placing Apollo, Shiva, Bahamut, and Kenny's respective balls on the counter.
"You just got back from a battle? Well its always good to keep your pokemon healthy she said with a smile as she took all three of them. After a moment she came back with them. "There you go, all healed and ready to go."
"Thank you Nurse Joy." He said as he left the pokemon center.

Now outside Dante pulled out Apollo's pokeball wanting to check something. Tossing it out to reveal the black and white pony Dante smiled slightly. Apollo who was looking much better then before trotted over to his trainer and nuzzled him slightly. "I am glad to see that you are ok Apollo. You did very well in that last fight." He said rubbing the ponies muzzle. "I did notice something though. Your flames seem to be burning even brighter then I have ever seen. Plus you seem to be much faster then before. I am just wondering if you are going to become a Rapidash soon." He said looking over the silver pokemon.
Upon hearing that Apollo grew curious. He had never seen a Rapidash before. Nudging Dante and bitting at his bag knowing that his trainer kept his books in there. Looking up from what he was doing Dante watched Apollo pull at his bag some. Smiling slightly he opened his bag and pulled out a thick book that conatained pictures and information about most pokemon. Flipping it open he quickly went through it before finally finding a picture of a Rapidash. Turning the book he showed his fire pony.
Seeing the picture in front of him Apollo looked at it for a moment with large black eyes before whinning happily. After seeing the picture Apollo started prancing around with his head held high. Apperently he was pleased with what his new form would look like. "Glad you like it." Dante said shutting the book and sticking it back into his bag.

Happy to see his pokemon prancing around like that Dante watched him for a few moments. "Well I guess we are done here. Lets go find Keegan and say goodbye before we leave. I want to get to see Lutenant Surge by the end of the day." He comented looking up to see that the sun showed it was about noon. Lookind back down he saw that Keegan had actually just exited the pokemart and was headed over to where they were near the pokmeon center. "Huh now what a coincedence is that." He comented. Waving his hand up to catch the red heads attention. He smiled as Apollo ran over to him happily wanting to show him his brighter then ever flames.
Meowth just rolled his eyes at Apollo's antics. "You do know that when he evolves you wont be able to ride without a saddle anymore."
"Perhaps. I trust Apollo not to go to fast when I am on him." Was all Dante said in response to the cat.

...And she saw a Jigglypuff. It was sitting next to a wall that was jutting out, just sort of rocking back and forth. Its eyes were closed, and it seemed to be sleeping. Nina crept up the stairs, and crouched near the Pokemon, peeking around the part of the wall that was sticking out to see several Rockets in the middle of the room-- two male, two female. They were rabbling on uselessly to one another, talking about how once they had "everything in place," they would begin to transmit a type of ultrasonic wave that would cause all Pokemon within a several-mile range to fall under some type of mind control.
"But, after we've done that... Do you think we could alter the waves to work on humans, too?" a male voice asked.
"Haven't you been paying attention?" a female replied. "That's what we had said three times that we had been planning on doing. Then, when the people are under our control, we will force them to aid us in capturing two of the legendary Pokemon in this region for Giovanni."
"Wait," the other male said, "do you mean a couple of the dogs? Like Entei and Suicune?"
"Psht, no, you imbecile," the second female said. "Lugia and Ho-Oh. They're far more powerful than those stupid mutts are."
Nina's eyes grew wide at the mention of Ho-Oh's name. No! she thought, They can't capture Ho-Oh! If they do, then... The girl cut off her thoughts before they went any further. She held onto her daggers tightly, resting them at her side, and squinted, looking at one of the Rockets. She was able to form a dark blue outline around his body. I hope this works; if I'm not using my hands, there's no telling how well I can control them..." She quickly darted her eyes to look toward the left.
"What th--?!" The Rocket couldn't even finish his sentence before he was flung off towards a wall, crashing into a plant, causing the vase it was in to shatter. One of the female Rockets rushed over to her comrade to ask him what had happened, if he was okay, and the like, while the other two looked around the room frantically.
"Who did that?!" one asked in a panic.
"I don't know!" the other replied. "Maybe it was a Ghost Pokemon?"
"A Ghost Pokemon? Like a Haunter or something...?"
Nina was still peering over at the Rockets, unsure of how to act next. Her blood froze when she heard a voice come from several feet behind her.
"Nina! It's dangerous here! I came to get you so we could leave, myar!"

Mag walked calmly into the Cerulean Gym. He looked about and saw that it was a large aquarium inside. "I heard they do shows here every once in a while..." Mag said to no one in particular and himself. He followed a sign that lead to the main arena. There was a large pool before him and several trainers mulled about, most of them were girls.
"Hey you!" one swimmer shouted running over. "If you want to battle Misty you have to get through me first!" she said calmly releasing a Goldeen into the calm pool water. "If that is how you want to play then let's go!" Mag said choosing to send out Shadow for this one. "Ladies first!" Mag said cooly. The trainers moved to opposing sides of the water as platforms rose in it to accomodate (or trap?) non-water pokemon.
"Now Goldeen, use Horn Attack!" the girl said. Jumping from the water it flew right past Shadow's head. Quite annoyed he looked to Mag who nodded and took control of the situation using his new Hidden Power. The Ghostly orbs formed about him orbited waiting for the enemy to appear. After a moment Goldeen rose for a second attack. This time though she was smacked by several orbs of energy repelling her.

As Crenu crept through the forest slowly, he couldn't tell whether it was night or day. The trees in this forest were so thick that barley any sunlight could peek through even on the clearest day. His eyes had already adjusted to the dark a bit, and with the little bit of light that did get through he was able to make his way through just fine. Even still, he kept a close eye out for any wild pokemon that might be willing to attack an passers by. It was for this very reason he had both larvitar and Spinarak out with him, Spinarak hving climbed back onto his head after the scare he gave both her and Larvitar a few hours ago. "It's so dark in this forest, can you make out anything?" Larvitar nodded his head and Crenu soghed, looking up at Spinarak who was also nodding. Both spinarak and larvitar were pokemon who spent their lives in the dark and were made for just this environment. Larvitar coming from deep underground mountains and Spinarak living in dark forest such as these. "Well you two, looks like I'm in the dark on this one...literally... move!"
