some website For hands-down humiliation, however, I haven't yet been able to top my neighbor's misery, when his three year old daughter interrupted his poker game by running naked into the room and screaming with a joyous voice of discovery, "DADDY! DID YOU KNOW? I COME WITH MY OWN POCKET! AND IT CAN HOLD A PEN! LOOK!"
And while he was knocking his chair over to get across the room to put a stop to her performance, she showed all his friends where the pocket was and how well you could put in and take out all kinds of things. rofl Oh, god.

Mr. Bubbles is looking rather sickly. :U That's terrible Roissy XDDDD;; I love the Companion Cube! whee
I'm sure some of you folks heard of Southern California being raped by rediculously strong winds and multiple fires. It's a good thing that the fire wasn't close enough to be of any real danger to us (KSTU and I), but the air quality has been pretty bad thanks to the brown poopoo smoke. I have a few pictures I took along the way to work this morning, so I can show you a couple of examples to give you an idea of the damage around the area. Just thought I'd share since the guild's been pretty slow lately.
 A cleanly uprooted tree. Not sure why this one in particular fell down, it's thicker than the trees around it. Also featured: my shadow! I hate to be the tiny organisms underneath that heavy thing. D:
 Le backside.
 That's no axe that did it.
 Vines! If you ever encountered these, you know they're pretty stubborn bastards when it comes to removing themselves. And here they are, they were no match for the 60+ mph (96+ km/h) winds (I totally guessed how fast it was, it sure felt that strong though). There were another set of felled vines further down, it peeled off a huge chunk of wall paint. surprised

Dang. eek
My parents live far from the fire danger zones, but everyone's still affected by the nasty air. I remember four years ago, I woke up and there were ashes everywhere, like light snow. I found tiny toasted-black leaves in the backyard, and on rare occasions when the sun was visible, it was dull red through the smoke-filled air. Looked like the world was ending. Keep safe. ;___;

I remember that terrible year! eek
The ashes were falling everywhere, lots of grey and red all over. :U My brother runs a DJ party gig every now and then, and I was unfortunate enough to be dragged in to help with an outdoor party. Coughed a lot that night, and by the end of it, my lips tasted terrible. That was a pretty shitty night, with a lot of crappy days to come. D:
