History- grew up asa a scientist and was working on war weapons and when he was learning the final stage of electrokinesis he had a plasma weapon in his hand and he was mutated and sent back to this time

Powers-cryokinesis[contol ice with mind],electrokinesis[control electricity with mind],and can control fire and metal easily
