1. No, you get XP by training in areas.
2. You go to the Poke mall, and just state your buying something with PP.
3. You have unlimited Regular pokeballs.
3B. At lv 16. Pm a mod for the stats when he reaches that lv.

gossipgal_fyi how do you get pokemon points? You mean pokepoints? You either buy them or earn them from contests. 500g-100 pp 1000g- 300 pp
