XanatosGray jerome remained quiet and studied his companion in silence for a time, before his voice broke his reverie. "I'm sorry, what is?" He blushed, realizing that he wasn't really paying attention. Sol could have been speaking to him the whole time and he wouldn't have noticed. Sol gave a soft laugh. "This. Just sitting here, sipping wine...not worrying about about having to meet a client, or getting into a fight with someone. It's oddly peaceful."

"Oh," he replied, uncertain of Sol's position, "I can't say that I've ever really been in that sort of situation. It's always been this quiet here." Which isn't to say he wasn't tempted by the idea of excitement when he was younger, but in the end he had decided to stay.

Which isn't to say he wasn't tempted by the idea of excitement when he was younger, but in the end he had decided to stay. "It's an exciting life, to be honest." He replied, one leg crossing over the other as he shifted to a more comfortable position in the chair. "But sometimes, one wishes for a little more peace. A chance to relax and breath without fear someone has poisoned the air." Another dark little chuckle escaped him. "Or that you yourself poisoned the air in hopes of killing someone else."

"I am not sure anymore. We have not been able to find anyone who knows anything of our mother. We will probably keep heading west though."

Also you can use one thought to hide all over, such as a simple rhyme, repeated over and over. Imagining a wall or babbier is most effective but it takes incredible practice, especially in the begining. Though once you master it, it will more or less stay in place."

And anyway, those that I would want to guard my thoughts from can't read them anyway."
