I beat All the temples before the last one like two days ago...I didn't even realize that I was almost done til about a few minutes ago. Right now I'm at that moment where all sidequests, heart pieces, bottles will be found. i got the Deluxe pictograph by the way.

You'll have a second chance to get the bosses in the last temple, but people like the wind spirits, mini-bosses, Tetra, you've lost you're chance this time around. But once you complete the game, you can start off again with the gallery open and all the statues you had in the first file. Try to get all you can then complete the game, copy the file, start it again, and then go on gamefaqs and read the complete gallery list.

A ton of side quests, at one point you march into an abandoned town and take down twenty moblins with a bow.

having a ton of side quests is cool. But what I'm asking is does the game depend on you to do them like Majora and Wind Waker do??? In Wind Waker it feels like I have to do them, you know what I'm saying???

Yes, you have to do most of them, not as many as MM though.
