It was awful. neutral
It didn't even keep the spirit and themes of the Earthsea books, not to mention almost everyone was cast with white actors when one of the groundbreaking aspects of Le Guin's work was that she wrote characters of other ethnic backgrounds in a genre where almost everything at the time was about white characters.

Earthsea was bad along with all the other sci-fi channel movies. Seroiusly.
I thought she was good in Partition. She was in Eurotrip, but that obviously doesn't show any of her actual acting.
On smallville, there are some scenes when her acting was good. Like her confession in Static and when she was snooping on Clark and Chloe. I mean for a person to convey what someone is feeling only through their eyes is pretty good is all I'm saying.

She wasn't always like that. I think she picked it up from being around Lex and stuff. Not exactly one of the best habits to pick up from him but she sure is a changed woman.

SaberFireTiger She wasn't always like that. I think she picked it up from being around Lex and stuff. Not exactly one of the best habits to pick up from him but she sure is a changed woman.
She has never trusted her friends the only one she trusted was Whitney. crying AHHHHHH WHITNEY!!!! I really miss him. emo They need to say that he was found or something since they only left him missing in action.
Because in the end Lana does marry a football player. If he survived that would just be cool.

They showed him getting blown up by a mine. I think he is dead and that he isn't coming back. Lana ends up with Pete in the comics but that isn't happening on smallville I don't think.
Lana did trust Lex at one time but that changed after a while.

Yeah Lana loved Lex the first time then they just kinda seemed to stop showing her caring about him and she went back to Clark. stare Who she doesn't trust either.

I mean I could totally understand her viewpoint when she told Clark,"I don't know how I could ever love you." I mean he lied to her all that time.
Apparently now, she has forgotten all of that. Still, I don't blame her that much because you tend to forget those things when you love someone. Forgive and forget. Not that she could ever do that to Lex though. I wish she could, but it isn't possible.

If you love someone you're supposed to call them out on their crap -- which Clark and Lana almost never do unless it has some value to the plot, and forgive without their issues being resolved anyway.

The thing I didn't like about Lana and this is the main problem I had is that. Even though she didn't trust anyone she expected everyone to trust her.
Clark had every right to keep his secret from her. It's like he said people keep things private for a reason. And sure she has a few secrets of her own but Clark trusted her alot more then she trusted him.
