Even thought Nic was out cold, she still was not at peace. Everything that had happened came flooding back into her mind, telling her that she had to find the answer to all of them. In her mind she was slowly drowning trying to scream but nothing came out. Back in real life she was thrashing herself around on the bed, looking like a fool.
(tried to be subtle. Replaced ground with bed)
(fair enough makes more sense now...lol)

Gail twisted his head over at the heavily breathing Rue.
"Rue... Terrek..." His teeth quickly shut tight, releasing a surprisingly loud pop, "Dang that futile idiot. " Gail paused and glanced down at the ground. His mind was lost in deep consideration.
"Alright, Rue, there is no need for punishment. It’s not like you did anything wrong." He quickly pushed through his mouth and walked passed Rue. Victor stood off to the side, not letting a word drop off his mind.
"Rue, take your LFO and quickly follow. We can't loose that weapon, no matter what, we can't loose it. If possible, take Nic with you." Quickly he rushed over to a small panel sticking out of the wall. His finger pressed a small yellow button that was placed next to many other buttons.
---
"Dr. Linden, we're about to make another pursuit. Set up 440 milligrams of Naproxen sodium on the side counter." Gail’s voice forcefully demanded through the medical room comm..
"Naproxen sodium... Aleve?" Linden questioned back with a tinge of confusion. He didn't look very pleased at Gail's rude command.
"Yes, Idiot, what else?" The comm. shut off with a short bleep.
"I still don't understand how you people put up with him... I've tried to cope, but it’s a little futile." Linden commented and turned to Dess. Relizing she still wasn't there he laughed and shook his head.
“Oh well…” he said and pulled out a few small capsules of a clean liquid.
---
“The weapon is secured.” Artisen breathed back through the small microphone.
“Good… there is a small disturbance on this end. I suggest that you hold off before you drop by. This weapon cannot be detected by the U.F., do you understand Artisen?” The pristinely smooth voice came through.
“Yes, Profesor Xellien, I understand perfectly. The weapon will only be seen by your and my eyes only.” Artisen cut the comm. and glanced back at the metallic container, “What a curious device… what else do you have planned Mr. X?” Artisen raised a brow and stared at the comm. distrustfully. He didn’t trust the man he was serving. In his occupation, there were little he did trust… except for one person… himself. But even then his ideas became a little risky.

Over the skies of Warusawa the clouds began to break. A beam of sunlight showed on the screens of the flier. The pilot checked his trajectory and adjusted for headwinds. The ship was a small one used for stealth flights. The cabin was just big enough for three people. In the rear was mounted a micro CIF. It acted to jam the UF's radar and allowed the Voderak to move undetected through military airspace. Out going transmissions were trickier. In the cabin the pilot, a soldier by the name of Granger, listened to a new mix of Anthem. the states theme song had been re-mixed and sampled so often that it was hard to keep track of which version actually was the newest. Only a true aficionado would notice the background noise in the signal. A decoding program mapped the signals buried in the music and translated on screen. It read simply, "Contact point for shipment. Lat. 36 Long. 97 ETA 1300" Granger knew the code wold be received by the crew of the Rehk. A small radio station acted as a front to transmit the complicated signals all over the city. In the end, it payed off though. Nearing the rendezvous point Granger was pleased to see the Rehk on visual. It was circling in a holding pattern. "Seems like everything is going good." he said to his co-pilot. "Yeah, commander Lee and JD will be happy to hear it." said the co-pilot. "I swear," laughed Granger, "If I hear JD tell me one more time about what he's gonna do to those MAT's I think I'll throw a grenade in his workshop." They moved in close to the Rehk. Falling in parallel to the ship's course Granger crept up near the helm and signaled with the starboard lights. Though one of the oldest systems in the world, mores code was still a universal form of ship to ship communication. Granger had once read that sea going captains had been using it since the first voyage of a ship at sea. Funny how the basics never seemed to be left behind. The code was simple. "Shipment. Escort. Follow."

All of a sudden Nic shot up from the bed breaking out in a cold sweat, shaking and throat dry. Holding her spinning head in her hands, she swung her legs to the ground and started to make her way to the 909. "I have to stop thinking like that, can't let thing's get to me...it's my down fall...everyone's down fall..." Nic told herself. Making her way to the hanger, all of the images were burned into the back of her brain.

Rue jumped into the cockpit of the knight. The comm shot on. "Nic and the 909, can you hear me. Respond?" 'Why am I doing this? Gail didn't tell me anything! They aren't helping here! What if that weapon is going to kill people...' He waited for a response

"Nic here...uhhh what is it?" Nic replied to Rue slightly confused. Setteling herself into the 909, she tried to forget everything that had happened but it was still there. 'What is going on with me?' she thought to herself.

"glad to see you're still with us. I'm gonna need some help retrieving that...weapon, alright? You up for it?" Rue powered the White Knight on. He switched the comm to Klera. "Clearance to leave the hanger, please"

"yeah I'll help you..." Nic replied without thinking. REadying the 909 for take off, knowing the Rue would not be able to see her smile. She did anyways smiled in the direction he was in. 'Maybe I will be able to forget all of this after all...' Nic hought to herself.

The knight exploaded out of the hanger and threw out the ref board. "Alright, the pods cordinates are appearing to my screen right now, I'll send them over to you." The White Knight began an easy descent upon the land. "Nic, you okay? You seem kinda off."

Taking off Nic felt just like she did when she took off from the Gekko. Free and though she still had all the memories with her, the didn't bother her as much as they did before. "What do you mean...by off? Of course Im fine." Soon Nic was flying next to Rue and the knight, it was an odd feeling she had to back off some. Other wise Nic swore she would drive herself mad.

Rue was inside the Rehk. He had managed to avoid any outside contact in his trip, but he knew that the close quarters of the ship would leave a lot to be disired. "That's okay...I've gotta say my good-byes..." The sun was already beginning to come up, the night hadn't left him enough time. His first stop was in the storage for food and water. He packed the backpack with bread, some meat and five bottles of water. They could always reuse them like canteens. Checking over his rations, he tried to think if he needed anything else.

Gail walked out into the hanger, for some business that no one else knew of, but himself. While searching the room, his eyes fell on Rue.
"Rue?" He frowned and walked over next to him. Only a few seconds passed before he saw the backpack and everything he was carrying, "If you don't mind my asking, what are you up to?"
(Short and sweet... well, at least short.)
