you can also use HTML code to, so i think it would go like this:

This is optional, but if a picture doesn't load or the person puts their cursor over the pic, the phase or word you write here should show up

heres an example:

[edit]I don't know why the ntml code isn't working, i checked it out in note pad and viewed as a web page and it worked, so it should work in a banner![/edit]
