"... i understand what your saying for i too have foughten in this war in the name of the hidden leaf but...for that same reson i must decline your offer" she remand silent for a moment trying to look anywhere but at Leon they had been good friends sence they fought each other in there chunin exame they had both fought hard but Terra won in the end... they where both made chunin. That is why it was so hard not to join the hidden leaf she truelly loved this village but now she has her own village to protect.. as well as her own faimly, she rubs her stomach absent mindedly... she was 1 month pregnant.

"stuborn just like your grandmother" says Jessica crossing her arms "do you even relise what your saying no to? we are the most powerful hidden village and we want your village to join us how can you refuse, an allaince with us would surly increase your villages statues , wealth, and power."

Leon thought back Terra sertantly was stuborn using all her skills to beat him in the chunin exame O so long ago. Even with his bloodline Terra fought strong never giving him an opaning and being able to heal almost any hit he coult manege to land, although his skills has greatly increased so Leon might be able to beat her now but back to the matter at hand. "Terra please reconsider for the safty of your village with no alliaces your village is a huge target"

"we have taken care of are selves just fine in the past we are one of the 5 strongest nations as well" says north more tword jessica they have always fought when they had meetings

"i agree with North we have been able to handle are selves so far, i dont belive we will need help. Over the years i've lived in stone i have learned there ways and history...i will protect them.... with my own hands" Terra says clenching her fists she has to protect them she promised.

"are you forgetting your home country? your harritage you are one of a noble blood line 2 of your ansesters becoming hokage and dieing to protect the land they love will you really throw that noble line all away? What about Leon? will you really leave behind one of the last faimly members you have? and what of your sister?" says Jessica knowing that Terras faimly tie's are charished above all else to her

"enough.... I understand all that...but..." flash back of all the stone villagers men,women,children .... "you see although i have tie's and faimly here... by accepting the title of Tsuchikage everyone in the hidden stone became my faimly. I still hold you all dear and maybe a time will come when are villages must join forces... but that time is not now stone needs to regain confidence in it's self as a hidden village, they need to know that i will be there for them. So i will decline your offer for now... but if the thunder allaince makes an asoult against my village... then we shall back you up full force... that i promise."

everyone is silent for after Terra's speech Leon is the first to speak "i belive what you have to say is true... so i will accept your replly maybe in the futer you can join alliace but for now can we at least be friends?" holds out his hand to shake smiling

"then respect your elders... how a looser like you became Hokage i will never Know" she shakes her head and gets up "come on Alen where leaving with these two as are futer we are surly doomed and are of no more use" she says walking out with her husband

"well that was interesting i do belive you are a fine yung fellow Hokage... but dont let your heart rule all your actions.. the third did that and he let Orochimaru escape take care" North and his wife also leave

Terra starts tp walk out the door but before she leaves she turns "Leon...." she smirks "this makes it 3/5 im still in the lead later" she says as she turns running and jumps off the 2 story building laughing as she runs back to the hotel

Leon runs to the balcony watching her run "hey no fair you cheated..... im telling" he shouted then laughed seeing his old friend again made him feel childish it felt good... but the time for fun and games are now over... soon very soon he will need to take action for the futer of this village known as the hidden leaf

"any move that is forbidden is pretty much a double edge sword there really powerful but in the end they kill/cripple you if you open the gates your body would be so destroyed that you may never use taijutsu again and now we dont have the medical jutsu we had when we healed rocklee"
