So I have been pushing the retainer up and own with my tongue throughout the day. xD
My tongue is now very tired. xDWtf...i push my retainer up and down too....and i have to take em out when i do debate......and i agree with the fact that your lips feel flabby/slimy xp rofl

sometimes hurt and feel weird.
I'm a little skeptacle (sp?) of getting them
but I really do need them. So I guess

It only feels weird in the beggining, and after a couple of tighteneings you get used to the pain.....but the first few days is hell twisted . I could only eat porridge and oatmeal......but it was worth it...i guess question

I heard some people hurt-ed for weeks. When me, only three days. ;D
But my bracket? broke the day I got them. o_o;;
So I had to go back... And then back again.
So you have to be careful with all these rules....

I was a kid...
But my mom and my sister said I didn't need it...
My teeth weren't straight when I was little...
but now it is.

crying I don't like braces. it hurts whenever you got to tighten it . I still have braces and it's sooo Oh my god. sorry if that didn't make sense. Tsk. I can't wait to get these off.
