Spot +5 Search +2 i guess spot to see what it was, you succeed and see two figures, both wear heavy robes, one is wearing a black hood with black robes, while the other is wearing a blue pointy wizard hat and blue robes, they seem to be handing each other things, the black robed guy isextremely covered up, it is like he made it a point to not have any of hiimself be actually seen except for the clothes

Ixor-san Hmmm.... *approaches the two strange individuals* they are too far away from that (look at the map), as you walk in their direction, the hooded one stirs, looks over at you, then hands over items to the blue guy, the blue guy looks at you, then teleports to you   "Hello my name is the Magic Instructer, as you should know, there is a Rune Essense shortage, if you were wondering i was just getting new runes at freaking extremely high prices for your training, so you better appreciate it" He walks you back to his home, hands you both a spellbook "This spellbook can be used by anyone, all you need to do is hold the runes and press the image of the spell you wish to cast, take these runes and attack that chicken over there." he hands you 5 air runes and 5 mind runes "You get 5 chances to kill it"

Ixor-san (And do i need to roll anything?) (oops sorry, here is the basic spells for the spellbook as well as a pic of what the book looks like)   also for using this magic it is straight up d20, you will be casting wind strike, the first spell, it will deal 1d4 damage
