Sage called out, standing amidst the people in the airport, "Come on you guys! We need to hurry to catch the flight! They just called it!"

"Oh great! I knew we shouldn't have fought with Kento over the food! Sheesh! If we miss this flight, my agent will have a fit....Gods, I don't like having to walk about in sunglasses and hats. I don't like hiding my face," Lena muttered, the problems with being a prominent singer. She hid who she was as an off chance, since it was hard to recognize someone in all the makeup and getups she wore on stage.

"Stop moaning and just get to the plane. That way we can be done with this, and on our way," Cye smiled, urging his friends on as they boarded the plane one by one.

He was staring at her again. Well, perhaps she should expect it by now, the poor man seemed to not really know much about technology.... and here she seemed to be talking to herself.

"Yes, allow extra seats on the flights. Of course I did not know exactly how many people were coming, but yes, they were all invited by me, personally."

pause.

"No."

"No."

"Is that not what I just said?"

Yes, he was staring, though thanks to the repeated shocks of her loud motorcycle, a laptop, an airplane, and some gardener dancing to music he could not hear (think ipod), he was getting used to "technology". What was making him stare was the aristocratic manner she was speaking in- while skipping rocks across the nearest part of the island's lagoon.

Nobody ever knew for sure where Shade had come from, but that kind of royal atittude only came genetically, and by someone raised like it.

What on earth had he missed?

Finishing her cnversation, she glanced at him.

"Remember where the main house is?"

"The big one, right?"

She nods. He nods in response.

"Good, go make yourself comfortable in the back patio, I'll be back in a few hours. I'm going to collect them."

A black stretch SUV pulled up at the airpirt rent-a-car place- Hertz. There was a privite bay there, with a small sign reading, "Hawk's Cay Pick Up And Drop Off."

A man who looked like a slightly lighter-haired and ice-blue-eyed Cye got out of the driver's seat and opened the rooftop cargo container that somehow looked classy with the limo-u-v. With the lid leaning against the driver side door, the driver looked over at the Hertz booth.

Producing a small phone, a few minutes was all it took for Airport Security to flank the car, even though it was an airport designed for privite jets and puddle-jumpers.

The man headed for the airport, to discover that he was precicely on time- a half-hour early.

He elected to lean against a column near the gate, (don't shoot me for this descript) black romani sunglasses halfway down his nose as he watched the gate.

((Hey, I don't think HisuiNekome will be back on for a while if she ever does. I know her and she keeps whining about not having time. You don't mind if I take Rowen, do you?))

Yuki sighed in relief when she sat down on the airplane. She didn't like this constant running she had been doing since she left the Netherworld. She was happy when the plane was safely in the air and the piolet said it was okay for them to turn on their electronic devices. She quickly pulled out her iPod and relaxed as she listened to her music. She hoped that Rowen, the one sitting beside her, would not try to start a conversation. She wanted time to relax and think.

Meanwhile at Tusuki's castle, Tusuki had her Warladies in front of her and was telling them what they needed to know about what was happening.

"So we are not going to attack the Ronins right now?" Chika asked. "That sounds like a waste of time."

"But if we do have a huge enemy coming our way, it is best that we teamed up with them to stop the person from destroying us as well," Aiko replied.

"An enemy of an enemy is a friend until the enemy is distroyed," Suki suggested.

((Not at all, go right on ahead))

Lena sighed, sinking into her chair on the plane after point out spare seats on the jet. Closing her eyes, she settled into a slumber in hopes of catching upo n a bit of the stress she had to go through walking through the airport.

Sage sat in the seat next to Lena's, gazing out the window. The world needed saving again, and once more, they were called. Was this how it was supposed to always go?

Ryo nodds, "White Blaze should be all right. He's had worse trips, believe me."

Dannin nuzzles the tiger, two kindred spirits. To her, Ryo is her love, but with her cat-like abilities, it is White Blaze who brings her comphort when she is confused and can't speak about it...at least, not yet.

Once in the car, she sets herself between Ryo and the cat. At least for now, all is well.

from the front of the window, the slightly blonder version of Cye laughed.

"Chill out, girl. You realise where your going is paradise?"

a pause.

"Here we go."

the stretch SUV (white blaze seated on the floor in the middle of everyone) pulled up to an impressive gate, a porticullis in the modern age. leaning out the window, he keyed in a sequence of numbers, and the gate opened.

Inside was a plant paradise- it looked like a gigantic preserve, a nartual-seeming garden. As they passed through, their driver took a tour-guide cadence.

"The gardens, as they're called, are really a little slice of the wild that the owner of this place let be, there's a greenhouse off in the back, and an ice house on the far side for some real exotics. We're coming up to the house now, don't worry about your things, they will be brought to your suites when you've decided where you want to stay."

They stopped, and the driver, who called himself Michael, opened the door.

"If you'll follow me, I'm sure Anubis will be surprised to see all of you."

With that, Michael vanished through a pair of large glass paneled doors, and turned right into a room.

Anubis's voice was clear through the open door.

"You said you would be back in a minute! It's been over three hours! You had better explain yourself, onna for leaving me alone with these nutcases!"

Michael's voice in reply.

"Sorry about that, there was airport security and all to work through. I didn;t mean to leave you in the lurch, but- Shadow! Do NOT claw up that couch, or I will have your wonderfully black on black hide as a new rug."

A black tiger scurried out of the room and away through the mansion, as the voice switched to Shade's on the tiger's name- Shadow.

Shade spoke softly.

"Anubis, why don;t you catch up with them, I'll take care of Dannin for a minute."

So saying, she picked dannin up as easily as if the woman were a small child.

Anubis nodded, confused, and looked at Ryo.

"I was dead. You'd have to ask Shade whay I'm still here. What did I miss? MY imouto seems very attatched to you, Wildfire."

Ryo nodds slowly, "Yah, I just asked her not two weeks ago. It was just after she got back from her clan homeland."

Dannin nodds, "All right, but if he wasn't supposed to die, they why did he, and why did you pick now of all times to tell me?!"
