ninja "I know where he is! follow me!" ninja While heading out to the alley through the kitchen, the scene reveals events. By the destruction of most of the hallway leading to the kitchen, a fierce battle was fought there. The fighters headed toward the kitchen where a large puddle of partially dried blood marks where one of them recieved a devasting wound. Bloody footprints show that one who was injured was stubbling around trying to defend themselves and find a way out at the same time. The slightly large footprint shows that the one who delivered the blow was confidently following behind like a predator locked upon a prey. By the time you reached even at this distance all of you can hear the clashing of weapons. The sound is about another 30 feet away.

(stops as I hear the clashing, puts away my shortspear and draws my shortbow instead) "I will be of better use behind the lines as an aeriel offense, melee is not my strong point.."

Gear, who had been silent for most of time, draws his crossbow and infuses it with personal weapon augmentation, giving it the flaming special ability. For 10 minutes, any bolt that's fired from his crossbow does an extra 1d6 fire damage.
"I shall also provide ranged support."

Following the sounds a bit further, at the distance you can see two figure battling it out. One of which is definitely the tavern-keeper Demtrius, the other figure is just plain frightening. Standing at least 8 feet tall, the figure has a face of demon and is dress as a member of the town watch. Striking forcefully at Demitrius with what looks like a giant meat-cleaver. Using his right to ward off the blows with his quarterstaff, his other hand is clutching the middle of his abdomen. Each block seem to drain the old man who is unwilling to give up. Seeing the sadistic grin on the monster, you can tell that he is just toying with him and can kill him at any time.
((Enough people has posted! Roll your initiatives and let the killing begin!))
