*Griffin was still on the Jeep, giving orders by radio and moving all aroudn base trying yo fix anything she could...but finally the wounds tooks its toll and Griffin passed out sudenly, one of the soldiers took her in arms and take her in a hummer to the hospital, the meds quickly atend her, however they cant take the radio from her hand, she was still somekinda concious, finally they took the radio from her*
*Thrie could notice a new patient where been instaled in the same room, the blonde hair was quite easy to recognize, Griffin awakes on the room, and looks everywhere....*
Great... nice timing to pass out....Doctor!!! *she screamed* sing me out!!! I have a lot of work to do!!!

*Griffin finaly relaxed as she noticed no one hears her... the situation ahs been chaotic lately with all the wounded and repairs to be done...however a solider came and leaved her a small comm device wich she used to maintan contact with every single operative trough the base*
Comm: Well Ma'am we cant find the commander what should we do??, all th woundeds has been took to the nearest hospital as our own med facility is at full capacity
Griffin: its ok...keep on the Comander search, report any new to me... make sure all woundeds are been taken care of... and also designate a squad to prepare the funerals of our casualties...
Comm: Yes ma'am
*Griffin lend her head back on the pillow... she knew Tanasha was out there but since her last comm there hasnt been any news...that was starting to worry her... yet there were a lot of things that must be done, as soon as posible, and somebody must do it*

*Tanasha's radio was damaged from a falling piece of debris, and the rescue efforts took priority over getting orders to people who were promoted because of their ability to manage problems independantly.*
OOC: Sorry, I'm recovering from finals and haven't had much time for Gaia. sweatdrop

Tanasha *Tanasha's radio was damaged from a falling piece of debris, and the rescue efforts took priority over getting orders to people who were promoted because of their ability to manage problems independantly.* OOC: Sorry, I'm recovering from finals and haven't had much time for Gaia. sweatdrop ((God in heaven!! its good to know you are alive girl!!... *Griffin was still receiving report from all quadrants about the status of the wounded casualties and other reports, one of the comunications called her atention*
Comm: Ma'am we foudn the comander, she is ok, but her radio is out of comision
Griffin: Phew... finally god news, ok, re-direct your efforts toward the rescue of the remaining survivors
*Griffin changed the frequency to control Tower*
Griffin: Control, send a fly team out for patrolling, also send some chopers to see if any there survivors on the outskirts of base, have them equiped with medics and restablish our Defense Network ASAP,
Tower: Yes Ma'am where working on it

*Some days has passed and Griffin finaly was cleared to to leave the hospital, however due to the docs recomendation, she was told to asign herself a driver and a comfotable vehicle due to her injured leg, the meds were aware they cant ask her to sit while the base was been still recovering, after a long talk with her husband by phone (he was worried as he learned about the attack on ASDF base) she leaved the hospital walking, and the driver, Corporal Andrew were waiting for her outside, in front of a black Hummer*
Corp Andrew: Good morning ma'am how are you feeling today??
Griffin: Fine Corporal... or so I think, we better get moving... I need to pick up some things at my room, take me there and after that I want to chck the status on our personel in the outlying hospitals
Corp Andrew: Yes ma'am
*Griffin, helped by the Andrew boarded the Hummer, after they arrived at her room, she just picked her personal comm device and her new uniform, she just changed clothes and underwear as she already took a bath on the hospital, while changind she glanced at her naked body...seens how many scars she suffered in the batle, altough they where many, they will disapera in some time, she finished changing clothes and returned to the Hummer, after some minutes of driving they arrived at the first hospital, Griffin started noting down on her personal Device the conditions of the ASDF personel, and also she compared teh MIA and KIA list, hopefully she will find some of the MIA and correct the KIA list*

Thrie picks up a piece of scrap metal and toss it over to the pick up truck used to recover smaller wreckages. He sighs and readjusts his MG42 on his back that was about to slide off.
He thinks back to the day where he was knocked out and ended up in the hospital. Updated his report and watched Griffin gets put in bed in the same room as him and waking up screaming. He cant help but smile at the thought.
Now, he has been sign-out of the hospital and assigned to the recovery team and security duty. Even though most of his wounds are still bandaged, but those are of no concern to him. Just some scratches and burns that will heal over time. "Its nothing compared to what others had suffered..." Thrie thought to himself.
He comes across the crater made by the Orbital Bombardmnet and ends up running to his devastated mecha. Thrie draws back his leg and kicks the wreckage. Part of the mecha crumbles from its weakened hull integirty. Thrie sighs and begins salvaging whats left of the Gaia Gear, no longer shining from its brilliance of white color.

*Tanasha sits in her office, filling out countless forms to requisition funds and supplies for repairs. Rescue, salvage, and repair work was important, but without the proper forms they would be having car washes to pay for paper mache and acrylic instead of getting checks for ferroceramic.*

*Griffin and her driver has been running an all day race trough the outlying hospitals, but finally they where in the last one, thanks to this and reports from every personel on the hospitals. Griffin was now sending to Comander Tanasha and any person involved, such as Logistics Department an updated report on KIA and MIA, Griffin was happy by the fact that KIA where a bit mistaken and many KIA where found on the outlying hospital, some in critical status but still alive and with good predictions from the meds, Corp Andrew walks to Griffin with a coffe*
Griffin: you dont have to get me a cofee... you are just driving for because the med forbid me to...
Corp Andrew: Dont worry ma'an, its an honor to help you
Griffin:....*blushes* ah thanks...
*She took the cofee and takes a sip..she was still no used to her new ranks...altough she was happy about reducing the KIA list...she also was sad because her friend Lindy died in the combat... and no trace of her where found she send the last report and leaves the chair, Corp Andrew helps her, and both walks outside the building, they get into the hummer and drives towards the ASDF base*
Griffin: Andrew... can you please take me to the Hangar 11??...I want to see my fighter status
Andrew: Yes ma'am
*The Corp changes course and drives towards hangar 11*

*The repair crews arrive and start chopping up damaged and weakened sections of the hull, bringing in new plates to replace the damaged and missing ones as some ASDF techs supervise the construction and include any approved improvements. Most of the rest of the techs busy themselves with weapons repair, replacing the ruined systems with better ones whenever possible. The techs that remain focus on air and water reclamation, electrical systems, communications, and other semi-vital systems.*

*Griffin and Corp Andrew arrived at the Hangar 11, Griffin leaves the hummer, this time she told Andrew to stay in the vehicle as this wont take long, she walks, altouhg it could be seen she is having a hard time walking, after seen the tech working and receiving a brief report from a quite busy technician she feel a vibration from the ship, as if the craft where saying "Im alive dont worry", she turned back and walks to the hummer, a com cames trough her device*
Cadet Mokono??? you are still alive??, good news kido, your orders are to return to base if the meds clear you to leave the hospital there is a lot of things to do
*Griffin smiled at the tough that at least Mokono survided the beating to the base, she speaks trouhg the radio again, and also another tough causes another smile to apear on her face... Sergeant... she was ranked up a litle time ago..so it was no surprise that not everybody on the base knew of this*
Dont waste time and if you can, come here ASAP, do you copy??

He smiles as he responds glad that the person who helped him when he first joined was ok. "I copy Sergant. I am on my way now." He said as The doctor handed him some papers to sign and sent him on his way. He saw a soldier in a jeep and asked him for a ride. "Hey soldier, are you headed toward the base?" The soldier nodded. "I need to get to the ASDF base ASAP, Can you give me a ride?" The soldier looked at him and ushered him into the jeep. "I can do that cadet. Just don't touch anything and we'll be fine." the soldier said and started to drive.

*Around a week passed for Griffin, but she didnt even realized that the week passed already, she was too busy with the goings and comings of the repairs, casualties and other task that needed to be adressed, however, she was better, she know can drive by herself, adn the black hummer that she was assigned could be seen all the week trough all the places on the base, but finally most of the task has been adressed and her fighter was finally repaired*
*she drived the Black hummer to the Hangar 11, once she parks the vehicle, she makes her way to the hangar, dressed on her tight Pilot suit (too tight for most, but her well lined body could be seen with ease) carrying her Helm in her left hand, altouhg her leg was not still at full, it was nothing to worry about anymore, she reached the stair conected to the cockpit of the vessel, where one of the mechanics was waiting her*
Tech: Is Ready ma'am, took us a while but is finally functional, weapons system and radio are online, we replaced the hull damaged, most of the internal system where fine, the core was untouched also
Griffin: Excellent to hear that *she smiled* lets see how she is
*Griffin took the stair and before touching the last step on the stair, she jumps to the cockpit lading perfectly on it, the Tech salutes her and removes the ladder, while she salutes back, closing the cockpit, after everything is set she maskes her way to the strip asigned to the lift off, she volutereed for this fly, it was a long recoon fly to check if any hostile survived, thay has been doing this all week, so it was her turn now, she will gladly do this before, but her fighter was not ready..but now it was and she was ready, the strip in front o her, she was just waiting for clearence*
