Reddemon Anybody here give me some good tips on kicking Dark Eldar a**? this is an easy one, HOPE HE'S A NEWBIE WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO USE HIS ARMY! that's the only way i can see beating a D.E. force!

I have a Witch Cult and I have a ball playing with them. I will say that I have an absolutley horrid win/loss record with them because you can't really make many mistakes while playing or you will regret them big time. But when a squad of Witches makes it into close combat it's just to much fun, not to mention the speed, over all I suck with them but I use them a lot cause they're fun as hell.

Zizzle I have a Witch Cult and I have a ball playing with them. So you suggest to somebody that might play them to take very few chances and meet the other army on your own terms

What do you all think about mandrakes?. I am also having trouble against the Tau he uses a jacked up HQ of crisis suits and pwns. I usuly use a WWP with wytches.

Reddemon Mandrakes are the freaky guys who uses the old secert deployment arnt they? They also have the good special character that can replace on of them in the squad, that can POTENTIALLY strike at S6. But yeah, pretty sure they deepstrike, and I'm also sure they have a 5+ cover save in the open and +1 to any saves they need to make in cover.

No reason why it shouldn't. Just remember speed is of the esense.Take to long to get up close and you'll get slammed.

Reddemon GT_Popogeejo That or abuse the cover... I'll porbly go speed Ime running speed right now. I have 10 wyches per raider and I got 3 raiders. I usuly put them all in the WWP that I give to my HQ so that can get them closer that way too. You should try with the WWP.

I think I'll do like 3 on transports and use the webway, and 3 on foot for troops. That way I can use fleet of foot

This is two months late, but you have to be careful with WWP's against any form of horde army. Many who have had to deal with one popping up and, say, a Talos coming out of it, will be quick to do everything in their power to swarm it, preventing anything from entering through it.
As long as you can keep it from being surrounded though, they can be a great asset.
