Lately I have finally succumbed to my curiosity and have been searching as hard as possible for these mythical Ork Klans rules in the White Dwarfs. I've done literally hundreds of searchs on the internet but no one has reprinted them illegally. Thousands of web pages have been found that have a vague sembiance to Clans, but my search has been fruitless. I finally cracked down and bought (thru eBay) the two White Dwarfs most frequently mentioned as possessing the rules. White Dwarf #290 is now here, and not only does it not have the rules I crave, but it doesn't have a single Ork in it. Ok, it does have one of an Ork on an island with a tentacle monster behind him for Warhammer Fantasy. Hopefully #280 will be better, I'll see when it arrives in the next day or two.

Are there female Orks in Warhammer Fantasy? I mean with models and such, not just in their fluff. Figured I'd just ask here first in case there was an easy answer rather than spending tons of time on a 56k connection going through dozens of picture sites. So, anyone know?

I wanted to know for comparision purposes with 40K Orks, size and whatnot. A friend of mine keeps pestering me to make him a female Painboss as his secondary HQ. He wants the whole deal too, a shapely pair of hips, rediculously large chest, a stethoscope (sp?) and nurse's mini-jacket made from Greenstuff... even the Grot Orderlies are supposed to have those little paper hats. So the Cyborks were going to all be poor unfortunate Skarboys who fell in love with "Dokta Sekksy" and now drive her around to all places and keep everyone in opposing armies from hurting her. It was a pretty goofy idea and I figured someone on the Ork thread would know if Fantasy Orks had a female Ork model that was the same size and general compatability with 40K Orks. I suppose if I had bothered to type all that out I'd have avoided someone telling me I was in the wrong thread, but oh well.

-_- ... Yes. I know. You seem to be missing my point, so I shall attempt to clarify. He doesn't care. At all. This is my friend who uses Sisters models as a Slannesh army, saying the Marine Chapter fell to Chaos in their search for Beauty and are now cursed with supreme femaninity. He also wants to put together a Catachan army made up only of females; Amazon models to be precise. He took all his Eldar and used green stuff to give them breasts. And so help him, he doesn't care if all Orks are actually asexual monsters of muscle, he will have at least one with breasts. I was able to talk him down from an entire Ork army being female to just one model. He's on this forum as well, and if he sees anyone at all saying that it's wrong he'll just take back up the old argument that, "Games Workshop encourages modelling talents and so long as you show everything on the model it can look like whatever you want." So I'm begging you Lotz, please, stop. Don't be all about the rules at me because I'm on your side. Just trying to keep the peace here locally. Now for the love of Pete, are there female Ork models already in existance?

Thanks guys, I'll look around for it then. Hopefully it will be enough to placate my friend. If after seeing the model he decides he likes it and the whole female Painboss idea goes off, do you all want me to get pics together? Or would it just be too much of an abomination.
