DarkElf27 My guardians kick butt, 40 shots at close range, followed by 40 close combat attacks. No infantry squad in the game can stand that! whee *Unleashes a Tac squad made entirely of Force Commanders*

*Gets an idea.* Hey DarkElf, your mass Guard strategy gave me an idea...What about mass guards like that but with Storm Guards with some Fusion Guns. You've got uber expendable Fire Dragons...

You should build a vehicle heavy army, that means vpyers, falcons, and wave serpents, Games-Workshop is going to realse a wave serpent in early feb, oh and give all these vehicles Cysrtal targeting matrix, I suggest looking into the Ulthwe strike froce from eye of chaos, they're suppose to be a great hit and run army. For elites I'd get warp spiders, never throw those guys into to close combat, and don't be afriad to use the second jump, those guys are great at hitting side armor of vehciles, and taking down mass troops like orcs. Sinpers might help in this army becasue they can type up the enemy and give which would give you more mobility.

sorry about that I meant rangers, oh and if you use them make sure you get them into cover, they have speical cloak that gives them a +1 cover save which is really a minus one cover save, for instance a 4+ cover save becomes a 3+ covers save with rangers. Don't use them for close combat use them to pin enemies this works against Tau, Imperial gaurd, and sometimes Orcs. CC's kinda of tough with a hit and run army, I guess maybe scropins or banshees in a wave serpant is your best bet. In general a hit and run army should try to stay out of close combat, at least that's what I think. I guess you could make a strong CC hit and run army but it would be very wave serpant hevay. Also the Avatar, even though a bargain, wouldn't be much help because he's on the slow side.
P.S when a rant like this I can't spell at all, in general I can't live without a spell checker

ok only 3 more crisis suits and my tau will be finish (e.g. 3 months -.-''). after that, ill start eldar, now ive read some about the craftworlds, and this is what i know so far:
biel tan: aspect warriors are troops smile and some choices are a bit scrambled. Ultwhe: half force starts behind to be teleported in, if something falls back, they keep falling back sad
is that all or is there more? because i would like to know before i buy guardians and start painting.
1 more question, are all aspect warriors metal?
regards and thanx in advance

1. If you are looking for a hit and run type army you should look into Sam-Haiin. They are very Jetbike heavy. There are also many other craftworlds like Iyanden and Alaitoc. I also like to design my own craftworlds but I would suggest picking up the book "Craftworld Eldar" for complete rules and stats for the Eldar craftworlds. 2. I'm pretty sure that all Eldar Aspects are metal....haven't found any plastic ones yet...
