I think Professor Mcgonagall comes closest to what I imagined.
I was expecting Fleur to be drop-dead beatiful as well. But as long as the actors potray the characters convincingly, it should turn out alright.
GoF the book was so long, I wonder how much they're going to cut in the movie. It seems that at least half the movie will be focused on the Tournament...

ah yes, mcgonagall is a great casting call... but in the books, she's apparently sposed to have black hair. and i was just listing my thoughts on the new characters in year 6.
the tasks look like theyre gonna b awesomely sick! xd n i dig the triwizard robes/gear too.. the nod to current athletic gear is brilliant. 3nodding

..it's spelled "avada kedavra" for the record.
and i was unhappy with the looks of a lot of the characters, but i read all the books before seeing the movies, so none of them ever look exactly as i picture them.. except mcgonagall. she was perfect, and hagrid was nice too. there's just some who look more wrong to me than others. namely cho, mad-eye, and madame maxime, who looks plenty tall enough, but not nearly wide enough. she should have hagrid-esque proportions.. i think so at least.
and i'm sad that i know for sure they've cut any and all mention of s.p.e.w. which makes me sad, cause if something that big got cut i have little cause to hope they kept the "incredible bouncing ferret" scene, which is my favourite by far. X.x; i'm sure i'll still love the movie, as the norweigan ridgeback and the merpeople all look promising, better by far than PoA's were-chihuahua. stare
as an aspiring fashion designer/ wardrobe engineer (haven't decided yet) i'm happy with the costumes, at least those i've seen. the athletic gear is what i always imagined it should be, i think they did best so far as the uniforms go in PoA, and my only gripe about the dress robes is that hermione's dress seems to be a pink ripoff of the one worn by sandy to the dance in grease, same cut and flare, same semi-transparent wrap, just pink. X.x anyone else think so?

I was disapointed in the Fleur, but it is really hard to find someone spectacularly beautiful to play the role. I know I cant think of a single person who could fit the bill, including celebs, so they make due with real people
