Enyalius sighed, resting his chin on his elbows, which he had propped up on the railing. Maybe's words had struck true, somehow he DID know that Leharl was still out there somewhere, even if it was so far away as to defy comprehension of a mind used to earthly distances. He flicked his tail absently behind himself as he thought. After a few minutes of standing in silence, he spoke. "You are correct, of course. But what should I do? It's not as though I can follow him..."

"You wait, test your patience and your feelings both," Maybe started softly, still staring up at the moon as he lifted one foot and put it on the base of the railing, "... if your patience wears thin and if your feelings grow bored, then that's why he hasn't found you. If your feelings ache and grow, and your patience seems never-ending and keeps you on a positive side of everything without ever faltering, he will find you." He said softly. Maybe really was an elegant man, and a gentleman at that... he could just be a little rough around the edges, but that was mainly because of his past and Mikkael combined.

"Well, at least I have plenty of patience." Enyalius sighed again, not moving his chin from where it was. "For all I know he was killed in the action he had to leave for, but for some reason I can't help but believe he is still out there somewhere." He looked into the sky, his eyes fixing on the edge of the roof as was his habit, watching for something moving, and a little too bright to be a star.
