*Sparks stops, picks up his water bottle and squirts a few squirts into his mouth*

*Ellis walks in and goes over to the weights to see how much he can lift and picks up the 250lb weight with ease, then tries the 350lb weight and picks it up with some effort, goes after the 500lb weight and with all his might he gets it up, then tries the 600lb weight and he can only lift it one foot, he takes a whiff of himself and says" man I got to take a shower."and with that he leaves for the locker room*

Riku made his way into the workout area of the arena, glancing around at all of the equipment the company bought for the superstars. He wondered what he should try out first. He went over to the benches first, but shook his head. Not much change had come in his physical stamina when he tried that for a month. Instead, he moved over to a punching bag, and started throwing lefts and rights at it slowly, focused on certain points in the bag. He threw in a couple of knees, and light high kicks, as if sparring with someone in an actual ring.
"One... two... one... two... one... two..." he mumbled under his breath, picking up speed with each high kick to the punching bag. Now, he went from high kicks to spin kicks, rotating quickly to nail three consecutive shots in one move to the punching bag. He paused for a moment, grabbing a towel to wipe away the perspiration from his forehead.

~He stopped, deciding it was best for him not to over exert himself, so he grabbed the towel, and the rest of his things. He made his way to the door, and back to the locker room to take a shower.~

Integra chuckled some more at the pun. "Yeah. Will do. I'm sure I can handle it though." She stated while climbing into the practise ring and starting to stretch. "Make sure there isn't anything I could use to smack your head in if I end up losing it."
