As Slush curled up on his lap, Isto's metal hand moved to pet him, the left still busy holding the muffin that he'd somehow forgotten to eaten. Hmm, better eat it now... Mmm...muffin.... Halfway through the muffin, Slush's comment reached his ears and he choked, managing only to swallow the muffin before doubling over coughing. Once he'd calmed down he looked up, frowning faintly. "Er.. not exactly... It's just nice to know someone thinks about you, cares about you...you know?"

*Slush widened his eyes and held on for dear life as Isto coughed and doubled over. He only stopped wondering if Isto was dying when he responded to his question.*
Oh...
*Isto's answer made Slush fell bad for some reason, and the drop in his voice was an easy indicator of this. He didn't understand, yesterday Isto had said that variety was indeed a good thing, and now... now he seemed disgusted by the very idea of him kissing a guy. Maybe he just liked to watch? Lazy, selfish bum.*
Wait I get it, you like to watch guys kiss, but not actually do the guy kissing?

"Noooonononono..." He shook his head, unable to keep from laughing softly. Only days ago he would have never, ever pictured himself having conversations like this, about this subject, and now here he was, sitting on the floor in Acia's lab with Slush on his lap... Ehh, actually, with the current subject, maybe he should make Slush get off?
"I've just...never really though about it, you know? I mean, even if I did want to...kiss other guys, I wouldn't have much of a selection, you know? Not yet, anyway... I've never dreamed of guys snogging, if that's what you're implying." The last bit was slightly teasing, grinning down at the pink SM.

*Slush raised his eyebrow before resting his head down on Isto's lap, peering up at him. He contimplated doing what he had done to Jack to Isto, but decided against it, and instead nuzzled into his lap.*
Maybe you should start, I bet you could pick up a few techniques from em too... Good stuff...

"Not like I have anyone t'use 'em on," he muttered, leaning back against the counter. Isto sighed softly, then smiled faintly, absently returning to petting Slush's back. "Not any time soon... I rarely see any of the SMs other than you, Mauli, Banda, and Jen."

Laughing, Isto moved his free hand behind his head, pillowing it against the cabinet. "Maybe you're right, Slush... Just maybe." Her wasn't at all surprised by Slush's question, but took a moment to consider before replying. "Well... I can't say I have a preference or anything. I've only been kissed...kissed anyone a few times. Not really enough to judge by, you know?"

His eyes widened slightly, and for the first time he blushed, looking away and again shrugging. "Interesting dream, that... Wonder how you just...knew, y'know? Not like anyone else does..."

Isto chose to ignore the comment about his blush, but the blush only deepened with Slush's next comment. Chuckling hesitantly, he shrugged. "You'd have to ask Mauli about that.... Maybe, yeah..."

*Seeing Isto's blush deepen, Slush's smile widened and he had the sudden urge to kiss Isto, but damnit, he was a mere child, so he settled with 'awing' instead. Hearing Mauli's name perked his intrest, so Isto likes girls... damn.*

Laughing softly, Isto flicked Slush on the side of his skull to end the 'awwing'. His hands fell back to his sides, and he shrugged, turning his gaze back to the pink SM. "I don't really like anyone right now, I think. Mauli and I broke up a few days back... Whole argument thing about Aic and Fenwrit, nearly strangled Remy... Yeah, Mauli wasn't too happy." He grimaced, then again shrugged. "Could be worse."

*Slush was too lazy to move his paw to rub his skull, so he instead rubbed his skull on the front of Isto's jeans. Glaring playfully up at Isto, he continued his thought process.*
Well.. she could've castrated you... Mum likes to tease Dad with that when she's angry... But I think some guy's going to be happy that she didn't...
