Kaisee KT_Sohma Kaisee Nintendo Punk 05 IDK i think trad is much better to play than match, but that's just me... SCV switched to matched. And they're doing a Russian show. And they changed their uniforms to scream red all over. OMG. THE SCV ARE COMMIES! AHH! I can't wait to see their show. smile We started our drumline practices. I'm switching from tenors to snare. WEEE. xd Our drumline did a Russian show a couple years ago. People would point at us in the hallways and scream "COMMIES!" Our tarp was the Soviet Flag, so we'd get little things the drumline moms made for us with the Soviet flag on them on our lockers. This didn't help the accusations. sweatdrop Haha. That's awesome. I'm going to a DCI show in the summer, and I'm making a bet with one of my friends that someone from the crowd is going to sport a Soviet flag. I would sooo do that, if they are on the list for a show in north jersey, i will do that razz and CayCee, i kno who your sig features ^_^

To the percussion-impaired among us, a diddle is some form of a drum roll. It is not a composer. It's slang used by drummers and their irritating instructors.

DiddleFreak61387 Yeah, anyone try playing a piece called Abrahm's Pursuit? Marimba and xylo parts are hard as hell, along with the snare parts, and its at 176 BPM!!! we played it with the song today, i finished at the right time and i have it just about memized, just a few timing issues. we play that song too! i play the timpani and woodblock part whee but i've seen some of the mallet part and it looks pretty tough. i can play mallets too but i'm not as good as i'd like (with sight reading) but i'm getting better. i love being a percussionist heart . i'm playing snare next marching season and i there's a good chance i'll be center snare eek surprised . we're having section leader tryouts soon (they were suposed to be today but we had drum major tryouts and pagentry captain tryouts ) and i'm going to tryout. i know my drum instructer wants this one guy to be drum captain so i don't know how good my chances are sweatdrop but i'll try anyway it can't hurt i won't be crushed if i don't get it domokun 3nodding

Oh, i'm From New jersey, nevermind.. we have a girl in the exact same position for you with that song. So i was just checkin.
Anyway, how tight are y'all's drumlines? I've heard stories of entire drumlines seeing each other naked, Combined. Any opinions here? My drumline isn't that close. we hate each other. and we only had one girl, so the nek(k)idness wouldn't be good for us.
