Damrius watched the ball Grow. And grow. And grow. Wow. Big ball.
Damrius stuck his sword into a leather strap on his belt. Lucky he kept that there for his gloves.
He pulled in two more charges, and glared at Volt. He then, in saddlehorse position, brought both hands up and energy began to flow around his wrists. Then a wring appeared out his wrists of the black lightning, and then in front of his hands.
If Volt were to stare Directly into Damrius's eyes, he would see two black lines, resembling Black Lightning bolts, down his pupils.

As one last lightnign bolt of energy was collected into the massive ball, Volt suddenly let the titanic blast go, the energy ammased for it being equal to about 20-25 turns of charge ((Not exact due to the method used to charge)). The blast would scream towards Damrius at a terrifying rate of speed as Volt's voice would thunder across the plains as thunder rolled across the skies. T H U N D E R - B A L L - A T T A C K
The massive attack, now roughly 25 feet in diameter, sped towards Dame, aming to explode in a burning detonation of heat, electricity, and sparks. It would easily do major damage if not dealt with inteligently...

Damrius pulled in his reserves. Giving him 20 charges, and then another 2 charges giving him 22. With his black lightning, which was at least a quarter stronger than his regular, he could stop this attack, or at least enough of it to leave him alive.. but still... Then an idea popped into his head.
Damrius shot 11 charges worth of black lightning energy ball towards Volt. And then, he would use his last 11 to cut the energy balls damage in half.
When the ball hit, dame kenw he was damne well close enough to dying. His last string. If it were cut, he was ********. Royally. Now, only to see what happens with Volt when Dame's lighitng hits.

Unbeknownst to Dame, Volt had taken a beating. The man had, if there was an HP scale, about 1500HP. Dame had hit him earlier for massive damage, and dropped him down to 350HP, meaning that Dame's final attack would easily do enough damage to defeat him. Dame's strategy had left the young warrior with only 1 HP left, but it had been enough to hold onto consciousness long enough to fire the finishing move.
The final hit landed perfectly, and caused Volt to fall to the ground, stooping for a moment... His cuts and scrapes would heal slowly, but soon he would stand up, and walk over to the tired Dame.
Warrior Damrius, thou hath proven thyself worthy of the Elemental Pact of Lightning. The true strength of a warrior comes not from how strong he believes he is, but how well he conducts himself in battle, not simply fighting ability but mental strength as well. Thou hath proven that ye have strong resolve in battle, and know not to back down when the challenge in front of thy face seems to be impossible. Ye hath proven that your mind is strong as well, and able to seek out that which seems difficult to achieve. Thou hath faced death with courage, and the inner resolve of a true warrior. Warrior Damrius, thou hath been judged, and thou hath proven thy worth. Under what vow doth thou maketh thy pact?
Volt had the tiniest hint of a smile on his face as he spoke, and with a soft growl, Thunder appeared at his side, sitting on his hind legs as if awaiting Dame's answer.

Damrius pusehd himself up on his elbows. He groaned as he did so.
I promise.. to use this power to it's fullest potential that I can unlock.. and to protect those that need protecting... and to defeat those that need to be stopped... And to use it for my own personal needs I find use for it.
And I promise I will use it to free Master Ryugi Kazamaru. And anyone else. I will use it to whatever I need to use it for, in short.
This vow is to last as long as my soul. Which will be eternal. As long as my sould is not destroyed directly, it will be kept. But if it is destroyed, this vow is never spoken of.
Damrius said this, wincing with each word. His whole body was almost like a giant cut-bruised-burned-broken-battered-scarred teenager. Oh that's right, that is what he is.

Very well, Warrior Damrius. With your vow, thou art granted the power of the Elemental Plane of Lightning. Use it well, Warrior Damrius, and farewell...
With those words, and a final roar from Thunder, the pair vanished back into their realm. Suddenly, a massive rune would appear around Damrius, and would pulse with energy. Several rips in the planar fabric would appear and slowly surround Damrius. if he were to look into them, he would see a place of solid lightning and electricity, and filled with bright light.
Then, with a secondary pulse of energy, the smaller rips jumped towards Damrius, and surrounded his body. The energy would burn for a moment, but slowly, it would fade more and more until the electricity and shocking was almost non-noticable...
And then, with a massive flash of white light, a powerful pulse of energy, and a brilliant lightning bolt falling from the sky to shock Damrius, the pact was complete. No more would he have to draw from his own inner reserves. No more would he have to gather energy from other sources. Now, he would feel a soft flow of energy always there for him to make use of.
The energy from the plane would be there for him to pull from at all times as long as the pact remained intact. His charges were now equal with his masters, and he had a maximum number of 10. As a gift, he was also granted lightning and electric immunity, just as Ryugi was immune to fire and heat.
And as Dame would admire his new abilities, he would find his wounds had been healed, the last gift from Volt. Dame deserved congradulations, as he was now ... an Elemental Warrior.

Damrius looked at his body. He had wished almost that he hadn't been healed... It was an amazing battle... He would have loved to recover naturally from it... but the healing would save questions.... now just about his missing shirt, and torn up pants.
Where did his battle guantlets go? Oh hey... Look. Right next to him. Fancy that.
As Damrius picked up the guantlets, he realized something was on his wrist. It was a black line, almost in the shape of a lightning bolt...
Damrius slipped on his right glove to cover the mark, and then followed with the left one to save suspicion.
He then, headed back to the Inn.

Silver was leaning on a tree, hidden from view. He had watched his companion form a pact with the Lightning Entities with great interest. Letting out a silent laugh to himself, he grinned at Damrius' victory.
"Heh... Ryugi has chosen well..."
Silver stayed close by, not exactly hiding, but not exactly coming into the open either.

Damrius stopped at the gate to Presea. He set his hand on the hilt of his sword, and then took it off.
How long have you been dogging me?
He turned his head slightly, but spoke loud enough for someone to hear it at least 10 yards behind him.

Silver grinned, speaking from 16 feet behind Dame to his right.
"Oh, from about the time that electric denzine showed up. Not like the entire town didn't notice. Not that it mattes in a continent of dragons, but hey."
He merely shrugged. He knew what could happen if one messed with one of these challenges. And it was Damerius' decision to go and do this. It wasn't his business.

Damrius shrugged. I'd prefer if Ryudo not know about this. I'd prefer he see it for himself, and find out that way. But if you wanna tell him, be my guest. I'm going to bed as soon as I get back.Damrius started up the road towards the inn. The sun could almost be seen over the horizon.. or it was just him. ***Dame at Inn*** Dame walked into the room, and hid his eyes from Ryudo. He had seen them on the way in in a window. Something had happened. The Black Lightning must have done it. But Dame grabbed his sword's Sheith, and returned it. He then, walked over to a dresser drawer, and pulled out a white shirt. Sorry if that took too long Ryudo...

Apparently he didn't care much, mostly because the three party members had returned together. As long as they were in a group... Now that you're back, its time to pack up. We'll sleep on the road tonight. We need to head out towards the City of Elders.

Ugh... Fine.
Damrius pulled the shirt over his head, and shrugged his shoulders.

Is everyone ready to go?
He looked at Silver, Dame, and the others to make sure they were all set.
