And my eyes are WIDE WITH PRIED!!!! icon_eek.gif Though spirits of course can be dampened when it feels like 100+ degrees outside in the sun. @__X Quote: Where did you go to Music in The Parks. Hey guys and gals! i've been playing clarinet for 11.5 years and i still love it. recently i picked up the flute, so now ive gotten sucked into that and have been neglecting my tommy baby (clarinet). but next semester i'll only be in a trio instead of a quartet, and hopefully i'll get to play my clarinet some more.

Hello! I've been playing, uh...this is my fifth year! However, this is my second year on bass clarinet, which I have to say, it's my baby! We have a concert band, no marching band...those things aren't as big here in Canada...We go on lots of trips, though. Going to Disney world this year.

Hey fellow clarinet people! This is my 9th year on some sort of instrument! I started on the clarinet, picked up bass, switched school districts and got put back on clarinet, got moved to contra-alto clarinet, began marchign bass, picked up bari sax for jazz, played other saxs for the fun of it, bought an Eb clarinet 'cause it was cheap, so play that too, had a friend teach me oboe and english horn, can kinda play bassoon, can't play for my life on the flute (am workin' on that though!)!
Umm... I'm a freshman in college, marched clarinet this year, which totally bummed me 'cause I'm a bass marchin' gal (woohoo, marching basses rock), gotta love what it does for your arms! wink
Umm... yea, any questions? (I guess)

Yo! I've been playing the clarinet since the 7th grade. Marching band is the best thing that ever happened to me! I'm in concert band now and seriously considering switching to tenor sax.
Any other T-birds out there??

Kazetryx I'm in concert band now and seriously considering switching to tenor sax. If you have the opp. to do it I say go for it! It's good to have as many different instruments "up your sleve" as you can. Gives you more oppertunities!! Plus, its fun, and you get braging rights for knowing how! lol
