Well since you say "someone they love more", that means I'm not their first choice or even on equal footing. I'd probably choose to give them up to that person, not just for their happiness but also because I'm bad at sharing, too. And I wouldn't like knowing that I'm always loved just a little less. I'd want to find someone who loves me more than anyone that I could love the same. xp
