Her eyebrows raised, but she simply flashed him a squirrelly grin when where she knew him hit her as well, "You helped me carry the cooler." It wasn't so much a question as a statement, and Antony moved to sit on a provided yoga mat to stretch out a bit before hopping onto the tredmill.

"I'm Antony," she added as an afterthought, reaching to her side and smacking away a wandering tail before she ended up sitting ontop of it.

"Yeah, thats right. I remember you at the beach party thing...where I managed to upset the friggin tiger and wolf," he chuckled awkwardly, and blushed slightly, although it was lost on his pale skin.

He watched her start to stretch, maybe with a little too much enthusiasm. That same battle began in his mind again - fur or female? Could, or SHOULD, he even feel attraction towards Antony, with her white fur, multiple tails and inhuman eyes. Parts of him said she was still female, and still looked quite lovely, but then the other part of him just could not get to grips with bestiality...no matter how slight, considering his own journey towards becoming a beast of some sort.

"The name's Oz," he said pleasantly, eyes quite fixed on her legs...then her tails.

"Yeah, they're not so bad," she said, sliding her legs straight out in front of her and leaning over them with a yawn. "They protected us when the feral wolf girl tried to make us a buffet."

Antony looked up at Oz and caught his interested look, but for the time being, she simply tucked it away for future use. For the time being, the squirrel woman simply continued to stretch a bit longer before pushing herself to a stand and climbing onto the tredmill. "Pleaure Oz. Seems you've changed since the bonfire..."

The comment was left open for him to react to as he so wished.

Although Oz had grown accustomed to his new changes, it was still difficult for him to actually accept them still. He could look at himself in the mirror and see it as almost normal, but at the back of his mind, that distubring niggling feeling just gnawed away at him. What caused it? The uncertainty of his 'animal?' The loss of his humanity?

Maybe he'd actually be brave enough to ask the Islanders one day. For now, he seemed content with the grey reflection and bulky muscles. He was about to answer Antony about his changes, but her previous statement took precedence.

"Feral wolf girl? What feral wolf girl?"

The tredmill was turned on and she began to jog at an even pace while holding a conversation with the now grey man. "Well... She used to be an islander, but I heard she went ******** batshit crazy, ripped out her chip, and killed another islander... Yeah."

Her tails behind her gave some nervous flicks and it was apparent that she had tensed up ever so slightly at the thought of Anne killing someone. It had almost happened at the bonfire, and that was with two predators there to protect them.

It was a scary thought, to say the least.

"Chip? What chip?" he asked further, the confusion scribed on his already lumpy face. "And what do you mean killed someone? Did she...hunt someone...?"

All thoughts of Antony in her sports bra and what she might look like in red lacy underwear had flown out the window, and was promptly replaced by the same panicked bubbling he felt in his mind when he first learned of the Island and its inhabitants. He knew he'd gotten too relaxed about this place!

By now, he'd stopped cycling altogether.

Her face formed a sort of 'oh... s**t' kind of expression, sighing softly before explaining, "There's a chip in the back of your neck... It's attached to the spinal column from what I've heard. It gives the labs the ability to knock out any islander. I mean, it's helpful to us prey creatures when instincts take over chipped islanders, but Anne's is gone..."

She frowned, rubbing her muzzle and slowing down to a walk. The urge to flee to her 'den' and go back to hiding in there with her squirreled away stash of food had crept into the front of her mind. "Uh... Can we talk about something else for now?"

Really, she didn't like the memories this line of conversation brought up.

She didn't want to talk about it!? What about poor Oz. As soon as Antony mentioned the location of the chip, his hand flew to the back of his neck, feeling around for any sign of it. A scar where they'd inserted it...a lump...anything!

Feeling almost like a child who had been reprimanded, he dropped the subject. The numb of the revelations was also taking its toll on his mental coherence. Inside, he was jabbering away to himself whilst trying to form the words he wanted to say.

"Err...yeah...I just kind of ballooned in my sleep or something...hurt like hell," he said, going back to the subject of his change. "And I turned into the star of the next Romero film."

Antony turned her face away from him for a moment while wiping her hands across and over her muzzle in a grooming sort of fashion to calm herself down. Before the Anne attack, she wouldn't have been this bothered by such a topic, but it simply brought back her own selfish worries on top of her fears of Jamal being caught, or worse, someone else being killed by the b***h.

"Try growing tails," she stated grumpily, tail tips lashing a bit behind her.

Catching herself before she got too cranky on the subject, she shook her head and turned the machine off. It was just too hard to concentrate and her tails were definitely a liability. "I'd figure albino, but unless you're rather dusty... I highly doubt it."

Instead, she plopped back down on the mat and layed down on her back, positioning her tails comfortably before she began to crank out some crunches.

Oz felt like he'd touched a raw nerve. As painful and scary as his first transformation had been, most of the Islanders had been through worse depending on what animal they had been graced with. Feeling quite the doofus just sat on the bike doing nothing, he clambered off it and then parked himself on a yoga mat not far from Antony.

"Sorry..." he said, eyes to the floor. How could he possibly apologise for what they were going through, let alone for his dimwittery. "I hope I stay a mammal. I can't be doing with scales, its not in fashion this season."

He ended with a chuckle.

"That and you'd end up with whatever reptiles have for cocks," she pointed out with a wry grin during a break from her crunches. "So hope for a mammal... Unless you're into those kinds of things."

Not that she'd judge him too harshly, but that's be a weird fetish, to say the least.
PostPosted: Thu Nov 30, 2006 5:20 pm

Oz laughed out loud. He hadn't made it a point to know just what reptiles had in the p***s department, but then again why would he - he got the heebies just looking at them.

"Definitely not into scales, yech," he grimaced. "I'd like to stay hot-blooded thank you very much."

With that statement came a wandering glance over Antony once more. Maybe fur wouldn't be so bad.

Stopping her exercises all together, Antony sat up and rubbed her chin thoughtfully. "I don't think I've had sex with someone with a reptile serum yet... And I do believe that talley will stay at zero."

A lopsided grin grew across her muzzle as she caught his wandering eyes. "You get used to the fur," she commented with a shrug, "And it's softer than it looks."
PostPosted: Thu Nov 30, 2006 5:35 pm

"So you're definitely not a lizard lady then. Thats good, I can hope I get covered in fur as well then," he said, switching into flirt mode.

The problem with Oz and his flirt mode - it switched on at the most inappropriate times and often with the most inappropriate people. With Sayuri, she was still human looking on the top half. But here with Antony, who was clearly covered in fur and looked like a squirrel, it was still switching on.

This would bother him later.

"Well, I wouldn't know. I have no fur yet and I'm not about to touch yours."

He feared a slap if he did.

"Only time will tell," she murmured, reaching a hand up to push some of her loose hair back from her face with a light smirk playing on her lips.

His next comment caused her to raise her eyebrows and put her hands on her hips in a sort of challenging manner. "And why not?"
