Lunar Star Angel Dragon Tails Hey Meeks's what's with the new character? Eeeeh.. I was bored, and I thought we needed another guy rofl !! I hope that's alright sweatdrop That'll be fine. Use the text color change option so it'll be less confusing as to who is doing what. I would appreciate it if were more specific on his powers, and I'm confused about Ninjas using Karate. Ninjas have their own hand-to-hand system. Has this character cross trained?

Name: Stormviper
Age: 22
Gender: male
Appearance: He has red spikey hair, with a mask that covers his eyes and the side of his face. He wears a kind of armored suit, with red and black boots, gloves, and cape. (I really wish I had some screenshots from him off of City of Heroes, ((An online game.)) it'd really help. gonk )
Powers: Fire manipulation, he can throw fireballs, create a fire sword, etc. He can also fly.
Bio: As a little kid, he noticed that he had special powers, he could create sparks from his hands, and as he grew older, he honed those skills until he could summon fire at will.
Weakness: Water (Of course)
Personality: He's outgoing and friendly, but sometimes his temper flares up, and often at the most inconvenient times.
