I've only played FF7, 8, 10, X-2, and 12; but here's the rundown on my fav's.:
FF7: RED XIII!!!!! xd xd , then cloud, cid, and cait sith
FF8: Squall, Seifer, Raijin and Fujin, Laguna and his crew, and Zell
FF10: Wakka, Lulu, Tidus, Rikku, Yuna
FFX-2: The Gullwings!!!!
FF12: Vaan, Balthier, Fraan, and Ashe
